an easy way for it buy a transparent balloon then but that glitters in it then blow it up and bring a tissue paper then make some friction with the outer side of it .the glitter will not fall down .it will be all around the balloon

Hi! If not using hi-float (aka gooey stuff hehehe), then you can add the confetti a variety of different ways. This tool is only useful if inflating with hi-float

Hi. You can use static electricity but in some places the static fades quickly and the confetti will fall to the base of the balloon. Hi-float will guarantee an even coating of confetti that will last.

Hi Mandip! For single balloons we print using vinyl transfer. So you will need to find a vinly cutting machine, source the vinly and practice ways to adhear the vinyl correctly. The other printing method is silk screen balloon printing... you will need much more equipment and its a very technical and messy operation! Hi there. Do you mean that the hi-float inside the balloon has distorted the clean perfect transparent look of the 3ft? That can happen sometimes, especially if you use a little too much hi-float or you don't mix it in evenly enough.

Unfortunately hi-float doesn't dry properly with bubbles. Static electricity with metallic confetti works well

Try rubbing it with a uninflated latex balloon for static. Try 10% air
