I think that I would like the convenience in the KP4 of not having to memorize where on a dial to find the effect that I need. However, due to the price, I will have to sit-tight for a little while with my Mini-KP.

I got one of these a while ago, and I love it, but I haven't been able to play with it, probably because it's not hooked up right.
I don't get the Loop Slicer.
It sounds like it loops the previous beat, vs. the regular Looper, which loops the current beat.
I hope that makes sense.
Also, what's the second song? (the one that samples Wanna Be Startin' Somthin'?

tell me please, if I connect QUAD PAD thru KAOSSILATOR PRO, the sound quality will be more acceptable than QP solo?

Get the Pro first its a ribbon synth... It has built in sounds... Quad does not, its just for affecting sound input.

hey what would you recommend for a low budget studio.
im pretty sure ive decided on a quad kaoss
i may get a kaossilator later.
but to start what do you think, a quad kaoss, and a sampling keyboard, or something else?
