They are such good looking cars. Don would be proud.
For all that see issues here they made kits off vettes. A real one is a million dollar car and your chance of seeing a rare real one is next to none.
Calli couldn't stop smiling driving that , she seemed to be having a lot of fun
Just so we’re all on the same page here.. the 365 “Daytona” Spyder (convertible) was made in 1971, not 69. And there were only 121 and 1 prototype. So, many owners took their cars to Richard Straman. He is/was a master coach builder, who specialized in making convertible conversion. Meaning, this is a copy of a chopped car. Albeit by the company that produced the Miami Vice car. Subsequently, the replica the Ferrari sued over.
But they where on corvette frame witch this one was on 69 corvette frame with vin # and titled as 1969
The vin tag says it was completed on 12-11-1986
@@rogerlairamore207 rocker covers on the engine say the same
That's the way to rev it up baby.
McBurnie California Spyder, like in the "Miami vice". Cool! 👍
Just missing it....
Cool Ferrari spider convertible thanks Callie
👍👍👍
Hello. I am looking for a McBunrie (only McBurnie) for my Country Germany. Can you offer some?
That was the only one I had and I sold it
Reduce flack comments--"replica" in the tagline...more accurate. Nice car though, knockoff or not.
If you know you know. The chance of anyone seeing a real one ever is slim. Rare million dollar car. Not much to figure out.
Can you have one of these by the end of 2022
Anything is possible
Why are they all automatic it’s such a dead giveaway
There wasn’t many made I had a red one and then we had a black one. They are what they are. I don’t build them. I just buy cars and sell them.
@@musclecarsforsaleinc yeah I know it’s a mcburnie replica just really difficult to find any of them even 4 speed
If you ever owned this Ferrari, it'll make you want to tip a valet to keep it close and tip the valet again to keep it real close. Did I ever mention that Ferrari looks sweet?
You do realize it's not a real Ferrari right?
@@hunterjones9822 Who cares, man? It still looks sweet!
You should check the one in black. It looked like the one Sonny Crockett drove in the first two seasons of Miami Vice!
@@jarrelljimerson3346 Yeah but you're gonna look kinda silly tipping the valet every five seconds to protect your fake Ferrari...
@@hunterjones9822 I think you your supposed to tip him once to keep it close and tip him a second time to keep it real close. That's what I meant to say.
Nice car but if you're going to put it on a Corvette frame, at least make it a big block....lol
Didnt build it just sold it. and BB wouldnt fit
How is it only 36k. Wtf!!!!
Because it's a kit car based on a Corvette frame.
No f.. mini skirts and no tires squealing....
Maybe, in another video. Also, what Callie is wearing is just fine to me. I can dig it, and you should too!
Sounds like major problems in the engine bay. Rattle, rattle! Lots of money 4 a kit car. Cobra kits are the way to go.
165 hp Ferrari clone it is nice looking and you could put an ls motor to get rid of the slug that in it 75-81Corvettes were low horsepower corvettes unless you get L-82 and that was 250 hp
Its not original engine
Just put in a 1970 350 LT1 engine. It had aluminum heads and solid lifters and was rated at 375 HP from the factory, and that was considered a conservative rating. I can confirm that as I had such an engine in a 72 Camaro RS that had been slightly warmed over with a roller cam, and it was a banshee on the road.
it has a corvette engine...Someting wrong...
SAD! this is no longer an Ferrari Daytona. Is an Corvette.
A real Ferrari Daytona would not be 30k it would be 365 GTS/4 Daytona
1971 to 1973
CMV
$2,452,500
All McBurnie cars are copys
It did look cheap for a Daytona....
Looks good, but sounds so wrong. Drop a turbo 3.0 alfa in there.
I wonder that you are allowed to call it a Ferrari and sell it as a Ferrari.
You aren't. No one buying it is registering it as a Ferrari.
It’s a kit car it’s a Ferrari kit car it’s on a Corvette chassis therefore it’s titled as 69 Corvette if you used a 75 Corvette it would be titled as the 75 but it’s a 69
