This video is so helpful, im not a physio, i am suffering from lower back pain/disc issues/ i had an MRI and it scared the life out of me, im due to see a MSK physio soon, to hopefully be able to get some support with this. Listening to you here has been eye opening and i feel quite reassured too, that its ok and i will be ok. thank you so much!
