I live in Brazil, and we don't access to this type of gear, can I set this with a normal web that I use to set a highline?

Sure, this is possible. Ideally take the highest Stretch webbing you have and make sure that the strands are almost exactly the same length. It is an effort but at the same time a good way to upcycle old webbing.
