Easy Highline Freestyle Spins: Sofa 360, Panic, Flow

In this video, I explain some of the easiest spins in highline freestyle: Panic (270 spin from Sofa to Korean), Flow (360 spin from Korean to Korean), and Sofa 360 (360 spin from Sofa to Sofa). And they are perfect to start as you can even do them when you cannot bounce in standing yet.
