All is good with the bike however there are a few jobs to get sorted on her. I still need to swap out my front tyre, brake pads front and back and I have a fork seal which needs doing. Hopefully I'll get it all sorted over the next few weeks. Ride safe 👍

Great to see you back on the Benelli. If you want to get water off the visor I lean left out of the smooth windshield air and turn my head left then do the alternative on the right. It clears the water but will be interested to see how rain X performs 👍 I have a little windshield extension on my fairing which doesn't help with water clearing but I think I'm a bit taller that you.

Hi there, I think a lot depends on the style of helmet and which bike / screen is used. When I wear my ICON helmet on my wife's Honda the rain clears really well but on my TRK it tends to stick to the visor more. My Arai helmet due to the peak seems to collect the rain pretty bad too. So far I have used the rain x in very light rain and it has worked really well. I'm just waiting until I get in a real downpour to see how it goes on. I'll do an update on the channel in the coming weeks. Ride safe 👍

Kev, really sorry I didn’t get to you whilst you were down here. I ended up going abroad. Glad you got home safe and hopefully we can meet up in the near future. Glad you are back on the TRK. I’m on a BMW S1000R at the moment as my TRK is in the garage. I can’t wait to get it back.

No worries bud, why is the TRK in the garage? Mine goes in Wednesday to have the fork seals done.

@@BikeRiderReviews I’ve had a problem for awhile when I pull the clutch in, especially when decelerating quickly, the bike just stalls. It always restarts and whilst running , runs like a dream. I’m doing 200 miles a week , motorway and central London. The diagnostic shows no faults. My mechanic has had it for two days and thinks he’s sorted it. Bizarre but you can keep the BMW. I’d rather be on my TRK any day. I’m in London today and tomorrow but hopefully will collect it on Saturday. It’s a run to Kings Lynn and back. Your fork seals should be an easy fix

Definitely summer for me, I do ride all year round and do lots of Blood Bike miles so can be out for five or six hours, rain, low sun in your eyes etc yes definitely summer.

Thanks for checking out the channel. Yes I have to agree with you long days in the saddle in constant rain is no fun, especially on motorways or at night. Ride safe on that blood bike 🙏

nice to see you back just want to know how you think your trk would go on in london traffic we have just return from friends coldingham then went to melrose with my caravan i would like to know if you fancy doing a trip from melrose to st abbs its a lovey trip and one i would like to do on my trk and on the plus side you got st abbs harbour all the fishing boats stay safe look after yourself when you go back brillant blog

Thanks for the kind words. I think as long as took my side boxes off the TRK would be OK for London traffic, the only negative would be the manual gearbox but you could say that of any bike with a manual gearbox. I think if I lived in London permanently I'd look at having a bike with a DCT to commute on. I can do a Melrose to St Abbs no worries. Keep an eye out on the channel and I'll get it sorted. Ride safe 👍
