- Clyde, OH: Alright this one has a story. Last month before I went to the T-128 on the south end of Clyde, I parked my car in the park next to this 3t22 and set up a camera inside my car to see if this uniquely mounted siren was active. Sure enough, it was. However the video didn't turn out the greatest, and I felt that if I had actually been there to babysit my camera I could have gotten a much better video. This month I returned to film this for my 200th video here on UA-cam. It only did alert this time. Now because of how absolutely epic it sounded in attack last month, I decided to add the attack cycle from last month in to the end of the video. With the filming of this siren, I believe I've recorded everything that I want to in Sandusky County, OH. I'll probably come back in the winter months when no where else is testing. Enjoy!

Sounds like it is running off 50Hz instead of 60Hz i would love to hear hi lo on this it would probably sound like a broadmoor escape siren

Is the brushes set to far back, and not brushing the bearings right to make it sound like that?

It works fine. Just has a brushing a little farther away than usual. No need for your stupid ass ideas for T-128s and other shit.
What I think is that if a siren is still going strong no matter the age it shouldn't be replaced by a T-128 or whatever else.

that thing suuuuure has a low battery....and a blocked intake. if it had a full battery, it would sound like the one in vernon.
StrikerTehPhazonEmperor 2t22s and 3t22s aren't run off of batteries. It's likely the brush angle being set too far back.
Xt22s along with most other sirens use induction/repulsion start motors not Universal or DC

this is a WAY LOWER PITCHED 3t22 and there is the most known 3t22 that is VERY HIGH PITCHED. also this 3t22 sounds like a klaxon cs6..

@@YourAverageMODude145 No it’s not. You can’t make a 3T22 sound any different by the controller, it’s how they wired the solenoids. The one in the video has bad brushes

That's because a 3T22 is crafted by a CS8 and they reverse the choppers but the choppers go high how to make a CS8 to a 3T22 First you reverse the choppers then you get that cone and put it on top and put on pole and then you repaint it and that's how you make a CS8 to a 3T22

Ahem, nothing to do with the solenoids, it's just purely the fact that the reverberations around the siren make the lower tone sound more dominant.

My guess was that the 3t22 is underpowered.
No it wasn't it was like that for years, it probably was because the blue thing was blocking some of the horns, so that is my guess of why it was low pitched.
