I’m a new subscriber and I just made the tofu chicken stir fry. It’s amazing. I never thought of tearing up tofu but I think it really helps absorb the marinade and flavour. I cannot wait to try more of your ideas. I have leftovers for lunch and extra tofu for a wrap during the week

I think i never commented anything under your videos before, but i've been vegan for more than five years and you are the only UA-cam-Food-Blog I still follow. It's obviously now easier for me to eat vegan than it was in the beginning, and even if I still love food videos, I watch them only occasionally or search for a specific recipe on google. But your videos are so beautifully made, interesting, delicious, professional, that I still have to watch every single one! I feel like I really learned a lot from you, not only that being vegan doesn't mean plain rice and pasta every day or the recipes that you publish on here, but also about seasoning or new ingredient combinations. I often improvise when I cook, and my boyfriend then asks "how do you know that combing x with x ist delicious?" when it seems a little bit weird or unconventional at first, and I believe it's also because of watching your videos! Tonight I made the Sticky Cashew Tofu, it was absolutely amazing, so tasty and so quick to make. I will definitely be making this one of my regular go to recipes.

For breakfast sometimes I just add oats, dark chocolate chips, berries, banana slices, chia, flax over yogurt. It's soo good. Your breakfast looks great. I wanna try it
Normally, the more orange the egg yolk is, the healthy/better quality the egg is 🍳 usually good quality organic or free range eggs have more of an orange yolk, hope that helps ☺️ x

I believe fresh/dried chives are good if you're sensitive to garlic/onions, even though they're part of the same 'family'! They add lots of flavour when added onto dishes - yes, definitely check with a doctor (I always like to clarify I have no qualifications, just love sharing my recipes!). In terms of tomatoes, red peppers are a good one - I love them roasted and then blended with some vegan cream for a delicious pasta sauce! I hope this is helpful ☺️ Thanks for watching!

i know this might sound silly and i genuinely dont want to cause any offense, but i never understand why people call sauces like these 'sticky sauce' like isnt every sauce sticky??
I wouldn't say something like a korma sauce or a marinara sauce is 'sticky' for example, but anything with a good amount of sugar or in this case, maple syrup will become sticky and caramelised when cooked ☺️
at my work we use a very highly concentrated garlic paste and seeing you put SO MUCH in the pan gave me a little heart attack before realising yours is probably not as strong hahaha
