I am Indian and seeing you use whole spices and garam masala makes me so happy!! Shows that vegan doesn't have to be bland but flavourful! Also major props for using mortar and pestle to make masala. My mum does it too ❤️❤️

Your videos always give me so many great ideas when i have different ingredients in my fridge to throw a meal together. I made a kimchi fried rice today with some of the leftovers i had and trying to clean through my fridge it was so good! I have to limit myself to one soup a week during winter and fall or i would make soup every other day!

Do you have any suggestions for tofu alternatives? You seem to use it a lot, but it's not something I can actually use. Alternatives don't have to be vegan, but so many of your recipes look really good and I don't know what to substitute.

Thanks for watching! I have just a random set of knives, some of them are by Furi! The measuring set is by The Kitchen Pantry and I got them from Amara but they no longer stock them, then the cutlery is originally West Elm (I got them on eBay secondhand but brand new/packaged!). I can't remember the brand of the chilli paste but it can be any chilli puree/paste, most supermarkets sell them in the world food aisles! Hope this helps :-)
It's by The White Company but it was years and years ago! I always check to see if they have anything similar but they haven't for a long time! Thanks for watching 🧡
Definitely! It can also be hard to find curry paste without fish sauce etc. in it sometimes, but I prefer making it from scratch anyway - it always makes for the best curry 😍
My grandma swears by banana, desiccated coconut and cashews on her curry- it’s completely worth it. The coconut little moons has to be the next on your list, I swear the flavours you find are like gold dust! 😂
That sounds amazing, I'll give it a try! I've had banana on curry before and it's SO delicious! Ah the Little Moons Coconut Mochi aren't vegan sadly, I wish they were made with coconut milk but they're made with dairy ☹️ Hopefully they make more of the range vegan eventually, but as far as I know only the Belgian Chocolate and Tropical are vegan at the moment! 1. Where is your knife set, gold measurement set & gold cutlery from? I'm finally moving soon so need these in my life
Thanks for watching! I have just a random set of knives, some of them are by Furi! The measuring set is by The Kitchen Pantry and I got them from Amara but they no longer stock them, then the cutlery is originally West Elm (I got them on eBay secondhand but brand new/packaged!). I can't remember the brand of the chilli paste but it can be any chilli puree/paste, most supermarkets sell them in the world food aisles! Hope this helps :-)

Random how do you clean for mortar and pestle?
Just hot, soapy water - and I clean it as soon as I've finished using it so that it doesn't stain, especially with turmeric! Thanks for watching! 🧡

Definitely! It can also be hard to find curry paste without fish sauce etc. in it sometimes, but I prefer making it from scratch anyway - it always makes for the best curry 😍

My grandma swears by banana, desiccated coconut and cashews on her curry- it’s completely worth it. The coconut little moons has to be the next on your list, I swear the flavours you find are like gold dust! 😂
That sounds amazing, I'll give it a try! I've had banana on curry before and it's SO delicious! Ah the Little Moons Coconut Mochi aren't vegan sadly, I wish they were made with coconut milk but they're made with dairy ☹️ Hopefully they make more of the range vegan eventually, but as far as I know only the Belgian Chocolate and Tropical are vegan at the moment!
