I’m also at the same stage of pregnancy as you and have similar physical struggles, it’s so lovely to see someone who looks like me (also same clothes size!) going through the same things. @@deelot1 Yes, it is true. Obviously, physical changes make sleep more difficult as well, but the reason for pregnancy insomnia lies mainly in the alteration of the brain, preparing the woman for motherhood.
I have read this before, it makes complete sense. I became a Mom through adoption , so my body didn’t naturally prepare me and omg, the lack of sleep is shocking
