This was Definitely helpful! I’ve only done my first peel and I didn’t peel at all 😂 so I’m looking forward to the next one. If my skin can look anywhere near as good as this.. I’ll be ecstatic ❤
You’re not supposed to put actives on your skin during the recovery phase. Any dermatologist would tell you that. You can end up further irritating your skin and causing more hyperpigmentation
@@TheManFromKansas I knew in the moment I don’t remember anymore. My esthetician is great and provides amazing education to make sure I understand what is going on
My hyperpigmentation on my cheeks gets bad when I gain weight and am eating bad and everyone I get small it goes away Ava I’ve seen other plus size/former plus size ppl say the same. I never knew healthy sized ppl had this issue too 😱
@LifeWithBrianaLeigh I'm here trying to figure out which one to do first. I'm not so brave to take on both at the same time, lol. I normally do the peel myself, but I want to get the microneedling/prp professionally done. By the way, your skin looks amazing.
@ thank you so much!! my best advice is to talk to your aesthetician, preferably someone that you have been going to for few months who knows your skin. They should be able to recommend what is best for your skin type, and for the goals that you are trying to achieve!

What chemical peel did your esthetician use after your microneedling? Your skin looks fantastic 🤩
thank you!! I have no idea what peel it was though 🥲
@@LifeWithBrianaLeigh You should always know what is used from a skin care person on your face, great channel btw.
