Great video bro, glad your enjoying the stuff we've done to it, what a brilliant car to film and work, can't wait to do some future vids with you too 😁
Wosa yeah plus I’m kinda not thrilled with my APR intake so I might be selling that and switching to something different however. The one thing holding me back is the catch can mounted to the intake
I keep checking my intake for signs of oil - still clean as a whistle! I expected some from the track day I did, I’m not so sure a catch can is entirely necessary unless you’re properly hooning it around corners etc. I’m aiming to have the car track ready at some point next year with larger brakes and coil overs, I’ll be looking at installing a racing line catch can by that point. I can highly recommend the Forge intake though, the noises are 👌🏻
Wosa Wosa yeah I’m driving pretty damn hard lately. It’s worth mentioning I purchased with 40k miles on her already. Certified preowned. Next is brakes, sway bars possibly coilovers. Intercooler AFTER small things like torque arm and dog bone mount & engine mounts. At that point I’ll probably get new built engine internals and a new turbo haha smh I should have gotten an RS with the money I plan on spending 😂
Hi mate, i was wondering how you got over using the forge intake? Ive been looking at getting one myself for my s3 fl but on the website it says its not compatible with the fl. Thanks
@@xZooMzY No worries my man! had a little break from the vids past few weeks as I've been busy setting up a business.. but I'll be releasing a video this weekend with some exciting news! Thanks for the love!
You okay mate are you still running a stock clutch.? I’ve got a stage 2 s3 when I went Stage 1 I had to have the clutch replaced I would definitely recommend a rts clutch and a full exhaust system
Hiya Matey! I’m 7spd DSG - my clutch is good for 550bhp+ with a little TCU tweaking (increased clamping pressure) obviously it won’t hold up forever, but providing it’s not absolutely bum smacked it should last at least another 10k+ I’m not looking at getting a catback system, I want this looking as stock as possible - I’m just about to fit a technics V4 turbo along with some upgraded fuel pumps and mapping to 500bhp+ in the coming weeks, the exhaust is going to hold it back a little - but I’ll be removing the resonator and keeping the stock back box, I find it’s loud enough at the moment and I don’t want to give away this thing will be 530ish bhp 😂
Nick Masters their price for the DK400 package is £1995 - this includes Forge front mount intercooler, scorpion de-cat down pipe and the forge carbon intake and then finally the ECU & TCU tune. I added a few extras on top with the large forge boost pipes (turbo - intercooler - inlet, seen at the bottom of the engine) and also added the Forge turbo muffler delete, and again on top of that the RS3 coil packs and NGK race plugs (really made a difference on top of the tune!)
Yeah 😂 I’ll be mentioning it in this next video, really annoyed I lost a lot of footage down to a shitty SD card.. but I’m planning a lot of action this next vid!
Nice Woza , just 2 more mods then it's perfect. 1: take the wife's gearbox out and put a manual in! 2: remove the driveshafts from the front! Only kidding leting the car do the drivings the future...
Try a sports cat with that you still get the hot air out but don’t sound like a 18 year old chav if you can get the s3 to 500 brake that will be savage good luck hope all goes well 👍🏻
Dan kelly for the DK400 package (I added some bits to take it to stage 2+) it’s £1995 - this is only for VAG cars using the EA888 engine though (Golf R’s, S3’s Cupra R’s) - give them a call and tell them what you have, there was loads of different cars coming in and out when I was there having all sorts done, really really reasonable prices and they really look after you!
Night and day difference, much stronger power delivery from low down and then high in the rpms.. I went on track with the car last Saturday, it was pulling on lots of capable cars! I’m just uploading the video now - stay tuned! 👌🏻
EPIC VIDEO! Love it and cant wait to have you back for some more mods :) much love! p.s I wont tell the Mrs if you dont! our secret?
DK Tuning too late! Just read the price breakdown on the replies. Nice try guys
@@ruthwarrilow8116 ohhhh no! unfortuantly we were forced into this, we advised him against it ... what else could we do ;) haha
DK Tuning 😂😂 don’t worry I know it doesn’t take much to convince my husband to spend money! So we will let you off 😝

@Barry Harry of course. We have done many stage 2 DK400s now and they have great reliability 😈
Go for it Barry!! Best stage 2 package in the business 😎👌🏻

Great video! Thanks!
Thanks Warren, really appreciate it!
Hello very amazing car! Can I ask you how much turbo pressure do you have? Thanks
SMASHED IT!
Ranj Sahota cheers bro!
😂 Top vid Woz 👍
Sir
I have recently bought a 2017 s3,can you recommend an exhaust to accentuate the pops and bangs. I’m 54 not 17,thanks.
Ya I have a stage 2 tune with an AWE resonated downpipe and stock muffler. Plenty loud for now.
I find it’s just right! I’m not a fan of some of the sounds most catbacks have
Wosa yeah plus I’m kinda not thrilled with my APR intake so I might be selling that and switching to something different however. The one thing holding me back is the catch can mounted to the intake

There’s a small cut out you need to do to accommodate the bonnet catch/cable area - I guess they just mean it’s not a direct plug and play kit

How's the stage 2 compared to the jb4
