Does not take much to get it to this power, “actually I forgot to mention the engine is forged”
People only forge the engine just to be on the safe side on these, loads of s3s out there with hybrids running this power only thing is could go bang at any min haha
What's that got to do with anything, forging is for reliability not for power, he's being on the safe side you could run 400+ all day on these engines from standard for very little money

These cars are a blast I have an sline 8p hatchback fwd dsg APR stage one high torque file CTS 3 inches catless downpipe kept the mid muffler delete the rear cold air intake car har 300 hp maybe 350 torque and it's a little rocket

Had my a3 8p since 2010 it's a regular '05 non s3 200hp AXX Quattro 2.0 tfsi manual,
have a Edition 30 BYD lump in it with a tte420 hybrid, HPA intake manifold,loba stage 1 cnc ported head with supertech valvetrain,
integrated engineering H-beam conrods for stock pistons with coated bearings
making 414bhp and 545nm of torque, you need at least H-beam con rods for that amount of torque stock conrods only hold up to 500nm specially if the torque is down low like you get with hybrids, and fueling wise on stock s3 injectors you ain't getting past 420 hp, i have a rs3 low pressure fuel pump+ttrs lp fuel controll , loba high pressure fuel pump and a special order 165bar fuel return valve, the rs4 ones don't cut it, so i wonder how he has 455hp on stock s3 injectors?I like to go tte480+ one day with rs3 injectors it should be good for 460-480hp,past that point you need big turbo and for daily use thats just too much lag.Love the build, just watch out with these 8p models they rust at the bottom of the doors, behind the lower trim, took off the trim and found a bunch of rust last year when i resprayed my a3, so if the owner wants to park it, keep it dry, his may be a 08+model but it still happens.👍✌️👉here's my dyno run :ua-cam.com/video/xbiczniq0g0/v-deo.html

Oil issue is on longitudinal TFSI engines, not transverse

Its non res, bought a turbo back with sports cat, but then did a centre section delete as was too quiet under load
