Much of it is keeping an eye on Chinese students in UK Universities. It was the same with English teachers in China!
Its not just that and we all know it.
I remember this becoming a widespread issue in Australian universities. Though I've also heard that the same Chinese agents are increasingly interfering the affairs of British citizens.
The level of Government Hypocrisy is overwhelming.
