- What a lovely wee kit (I may get another one), I really enjoyed putting this together and of course applying the best bit - the painting :). The kit went together ready well, and the fit was perfect (well it is a Tamiya). I had a go at some weathering with sand pigments and I think it turned out OK. Thanks for looking in.

Looks good to me Liam, I must get one of these, maybe from the Bolton IPMS show which is coming up next week and is only seven miles from where I am. I believe that the Bolton show is second only to Telford, so as I didn't make it there it's Bolton for me! Cheers Liam.

Hi Liam, sorry but I have never heard of a zimmerit tool but I know that Tamiya have a zimmerit kit which is supplied in sheet form to apply to your model, cheers Steve.@@ljscalemodels526
