Tamiya 1/35 Scale Panther Final Reveal

I talk through the build, painting and weathering. It was disappointing that I made a mistake with the chipping, but another good lessen. Dealing with the wheel configuration was also tricky, as I took them off the sprue to mask and paint and then ultimately got them mixed up!
As to the weathering I used Mig pigment (Rubble) and AK Light Dust, which appear to work well.
All in all a really enjoyable build, so lets clean the hobby desk for a happy build :)

Lovely build Liam. An old trick is to use some cotton or fishing line to tie down the tracks to produce tne sag you are after, not that noticable if done neatly.

I think that the Panther turned out just fine, sometimes we are just too self critical, it's your model so do whatever you please with it. I doubt that any two tanks were ever the
same. Sorry I can't help you on the track sag apart from super glue and some packing to hold it firmly until dry (overnight) cheers Liam.

I tied the tracks down before putting the hull and tub together used needle cotton.

Turned out pretty well Liam no two tanks are going to be the same regarding weathering try a peace of thin wire to hold down the track i used this in the past with some weathering you wont see it

我也是恰好才把之前自己做过的这款坦克重新旧化了一下，这个模型需要修改的地方比较多，1.车体前装甲需要切割成棱角，否则是错误的。2.发动机上方的散热孔需要用钢网裁剪覆盖。3.车体两侧履带上方的空洞需要用板子裁剪填充，否则无法从下向上的摆放镜头拍摄。4.车体两侧的最后方需要追加用于钩住钢缆的支架，同时模型自带的钢缆要用自制的替换。5.车头上的7个挂履带的挂钩可以用蚀刻片自制替换。6.车体履带要用钢丝穿过车身设置一个压迫结构，用来实现履带的下垂感，我分别在前轮后轮设置了两根钢丝。
