You can use the erasable pen for sewing, mark when you want to sew and then iron your fabric and it will disappear!!

Rin! You were doing the thing! At the beginning of the video when you saw the doodle art that came in the box, you sounded a bit disappointed as you talked about your inability to draw stuff like that. But later in the video when you were drawing on the sticker with the metallic pen, YOU WERE DOODLING! I just got really excited for you, and wanted to tell you how cool I found those doodles to be. You’re awesome. 👌
I thought I'd give it a try! haha Just little flowers and swirls. It takes a lot of skill to get those to look awesome. I have a lot of respect for those artists!
The "highlighters" look more like mild liners to me. I need to write down the brand as these would be awesome for Bullet Journals!

I used friction pen (the erasable black one) for school in the first years of high school and I take my book out for geography when it is around May time and its fairly hot, I open my book and all the pages I have written on are blank, because they fade in heat and all the Ink was invisible.. and I had to put it in the fridge overnight.

DrawingWiffWaffles this was almost a school years worth of work and we had test coming up but luckily it re-appeared, otherwise my grades would have suffered. Never using them pens for school work again!
omg thank you i use the blue version of these pens for my school work but now i know not to even tho they ran out 😂
some teachers here baned them so students don't use them. One studem used them on a exam and all the answers fadet. Really tricky pens.

@@drawingwiffwaffles Sailor Moon was a HUGE influence on my art. Initially it was Disney that I traced, then I got obsessed with Lola bunny from Space Jam, and that's when I first got into drawing OCs. Then came Sailor Moon, and it was all I drew. Then Cardcapture Sakura got me even more into magical girl anime, and I was hooked from there. It's also what got me into anime as a whole, Sailor Moon. I just thought the art was SO beautiful.
To be honest I'm surprised they put these FriXion Highlighters in an art supply box... It's nto that I want to criticise them but as you've seen yourself, they are not very vibrant or easy to blend. It is nice that they are erasable, however around 2010-ish, when I started in secondary school and we had to take many more notes in class 90% of our class used these pens to write or highlight with in order to be able to correct mistakes later on (while not writing in pencil) and when a teacher of ours laminated the best essays of some students, the writing just disappeared, because of the heat. Leaving it out in the sun or putting a notebook on top of the heater also made the writing disappear, so unless they changed something about the formulayou should be careful (and I doubt they changed it because friction or rather the heat it creates still erase these pens, as is kind of the point).

Vicky Juli I go to a fashion school and we absoluetly love these pants when we sew!you can mark the material with them without the smearing of the chalk,and they disappear as soon as you iron the material!
they're actually very useful for sketching, as you can draw with them then line the drawing and use a hair dryer to erase the sketch.also this way you're sure it won't smudge!! 👀

We had an exam in the middle of summer and the teacher left the paper's in the back of her car and when she came back the writing disaperd

I love sketching with Frixion pens. I have red, blue, & black. I wish they would have had these when I was in college. I'm sure they are awesome to write notes in a book. Then go back & erase them after you have time to copy or study them. And for note-taking.I love how expressive you are with your hands. No dought you would be good at drawing. Love your art & your channel. My daughter loves watching you too. TYFS

and the rubber tip can get dirty and will start smudging when dirty

Those erasable pens are very common in my class.
It is very useful for when you are checking another persons paper and you make a mistake. Yes, some leaves a mark, but overall it is very useful for school. Students who commonly makes mistakes can erase them if they are using pen. Saves space for when you are writing an essay, though crossing the mistake saves time.

I LOVE my Frixion clicker pens and use them in my planner. After seeing several Scrawrbox videos I wouldn't waste my money. Why not send some real gel pens or watercolor pens? I don't consider office supplies art supplies. Your piece turned out great!
I feel like Scrawlrbox is kind of a challenge box almost in that it gives you a bunch of supplies to try and make an art piece with. So one month you might get some more "office supply" type stuff, while another month they might give you some tubes of watercolour paint, or even a mini set like August's box. You get supplies, and then a challenge word, so it leads me to believe it's definitely more of a "push outside your comfort zone" kinda box that makes you consider different, sometimes unconventional things to use to make art.
+Semeiya I've never thought about it that way. I've been pretty disappointed with the last couple. Maybe they should start marketing themselves that way so they don't feel like such a let-down.

Wasn't too sure about the idea of the character at first but she looks great, the pose has so much movement already and with the paddles and the added lines it's perfect/round altogether. It makes me smile to see your progress on the background already that you talked about incorporating/improving more.

Omg, that silver Pen! That’s my childhood in a pen, shaking it and stabbing it into the paper to get it working inevitably, splotching the ink all over your paper and then the oil bleed from the blotches!
