Thanks. Would be helpful if you just indicated what is different vs loading a regular video. From what I can see:
1) Create a video 1080 x 1920 (i.e. vertical aspect ratio) and less than 60 seconds.
2) Upload it the same as you do other videos. It will automatically detect that it's a short, and you can verify by looking at the URL it creates which has "short" in it.
I hope I got that right.

Wishing the desktop upload should feature the ability to add music like the phone upload does. Vice versa I wish the phone upload allowed me to add tags and the extra detailed info that the desktop upload does. Great video.

Start your video as portrait then change to portrait 9:16 the when you render it change the ratio to 1080 by 1920
