    What part of the season are they in during this video? I want to say in-season, but I'm curious.

    Learning perfect running form is hard I focused all summer working on it and still don’t have perfect form but my form has improved cause I improved almost a second on my 100 m dash

      @@athletix8180 first I focused a lot on form then I lifted weights 6times a week on top of 10 hill sprints everyday and every week I timed my self on the hundred 3 times
