Got this phone and this is what i feel : its a low end, dont expect much BUT -battery =amazing -design = very stylish - CPU power = meh, they could of threw in a dual core... would of been cooler -screen= quite nice -camera = no hd recording *cry* but pic still come out OKAY first time you turn your phone on it can lag a little but after some use it works just fine. so for the price of the phone, i think its a decent phone,not long ago people were buy phones with 600mgz and thought it was AMAZING ect ect, sure its not the best phone but then again you are ot paying for the BEST phone.
I don know why people say this phone sucks i have it and it is respond very well the camera is just fine but not as good as iphone 4s battetry is better than s2 the speaker is very high good mid device and i am still using it 4.1.2
there is an indicator beside the front camera ( left side ) yellowish light means charging. the green means it reaches 90% battery. red indicates that your phone needs to be charged.
when i bought this phone it was so lagy even on menu. noticed that there are an update so updated. phone became faster.My votes: price:8/10; design:9.5/10; speed:6/10; camera:8/10; quality:9/10;

Im using this right now and I have to disagree with all the negative things said about this phone in this video. Im running Apex Launcher on my Xperia J and it doesnt lag and feels really good. The launcher improves the feel of this phone. Worth the money
This phone is really good I had mine for a pretty long time..and it's not lagging for me..which is good, the camera is okay..not the best but it works perfectly, the sound is amazing, I am happy with it and that it has a good front camera

I agree with Brain B. This phone is actually good if you have in mind that is't a Mid-price and there's no trouble on running Android 4.0 (and already have a 4.1 update). Plus it's in my opinnion the most beautful Xperia phone currentlly.

I recently got an update for the phone, sony managed to clear a good chunk of RAM making in the interface smooth and fast. With minimum Lag. This phone is not underpowered any more
Why would you even think of buying Xperia J or Galaxy s3 mini when you can buy Xperia M and Galaxy core... I would say that the best option is Xperia M since it has a new gen dual core processor making it better than dual core's dual core processor, It has better video recording and better ppi.. But if you need more room I would suggest Galaxy core since it has 8gb or memory,(tl:dr) Chose between power and memory aka Xperia M or Galaxy core

This is one of the best budget phone ever with good performance
only thing wrong with this phone is the memory. i have put a 32gb micro sd card in it but it wont let me transfer any of my apps to the card.
Yeah , only music transfers to the card , none of my apps transfer to the damn Card

the internet isnt bad for the great price tag. it just take a couple of seconds to render the page after zooming in ect.

id personally say Xperia J. it has a bigger screen but the Sony Xperia U has a faster intenet because of the duel core. depends what you using it for.
