Just a helpful tip, after playing the "teaching" progression, instead of hitting the band button and then the loop button on the next go-around, just hit the loop button. The band will start and the looper will instantly start to record you. Just play the part twice back to back. One teaches the band, the next drops the first loop layer. Makes a smoother transition should you desire one. Hope this is helpful.
yes it is sir!! thank you!
Super helpful!
that is a fantastic tip thankyou
that intro was the most sensual thing ive ever seen shared between two grown men in Hawaiian shirts
beautiful
+Vivian Stanshall then you haven't been to the right porn sites
Except they are awkwardly off-beat
lol!
Nearly made me throw up.
Johannes Jørgensen missing the organ music lol
Four years later and still a great intro to the Trio plus.
The backing sounds have improved 3,000,000,000,000,000,000%
Mick & Pete smashing the demo's too !
33 thumbs down are all from bass players and drummers..... haha
When the original one came out, nobody demo'd it correctly except for Phillip Mcknight. You guys did a great job here of going deeper into it.
I know I'm way late to this video, but this is the most fun I've had watching a pedal demo in a long time. Bravo gentleman.
What makes this video so brilliant is the fact that you guys are having so much fun playing with the trio and not in the Miku kind of way. Loved the playing.
This demo is so much better than Chapman's demo of the original Trio, which was embarrassingly negative and did nothing but show up his own limitations.
LordMoloch Sadly, that’s rapidly becoming the norm for Rob. Nothing against him personally but his playing is just so one dimensional. Mick and Pete are WAY better with these demos.
The bromance and playing level of this video is just immense! Will probably save to watch weekly from here on and out
Absolutely great demo, I bought this pedal this week based partly on what I heard here. Great job, guys.
what a talented guy that danish Pete is!
Keep it going, we love this videos.
This is the most fun demo I've seen of this.
30 seconds in and I want this pedal! You guys have effortless skill aswell, the guitar paradiso videos are excellent, as is the other andertons content, greetings from Korea, PEACE
Thanks for showing all the features in detail, well done.
These two guys never cease to entertain me, but the drum sounds are straight from 1983!
Congrats Lee, you have done a brilliant job recruiting these two, wonderful players with genuine rapport and demo skills, funny without trying to be, that's the best part.
I now want one of these more than I've ever wanted a pedal, much better than the trio (and I thought that was great). This little beauty will be $400 plus in Australia, but I can't wait to get one, Digitech are onto a diamond mine with this, cheers.
johnnywebb I agree, Danish Pete is the best player on Andertons in my opinion. I think he eats Rob Chapman's lunch and gives Rabea wedgies. The other guy is pretty good too.
@@JG-ux7of What a difference 6 years makes :)
I’ve seen a lot of demonstrations on this pedal and your video sold me. Thanks
They were actually INTERESTED in the product. The 35 minutes flew by!
Every now again your site comes up with videos that truly inspire beyond words!!!. I thought this before i bought a gretsch and sseveral moog pedals. i'm sure the trio+ is coming soon!!! Also i've watched some of the other videos for this and my god both mick and pete you guys sold this better than anything. i love you guys
+Rupert Edwardes P.S. Love the shirts
insane demo guys thanks to you, now I can say im in a band ha ha ! I've watched many demo of this product and yours is by far the best i've seen, really good job and pretty complete considering you were doing it before the releasing date!Insane
I realise that this video is quite old but I just had to comment: I love the way Pete is communicating with hand gestures and such, as if there's a live mike going into the machine. Old studio habits die hard. Brilliant.
Agreed! It's educational, & funny & rather good at the same time ....
This is really amazing piece of equipment.
great demo as always a good laugh light hearted feel too it I always enjoy your demos for that reason.i only saw this half an hour ago looking at vids comparing these types of pedal, thanks
Great demo! Looks like you guys are actually having FUN!
This video was 1) So fun to watch I really really enjoyed you guys having fun ! 2) Very informative of the trio plus I was looking for before buying it.
Thanks a lot
Thank you! I saw a lot of Trio+ presantations, but your`s is the most inspirational one. I use the Trio+ for about a month now and it is super motivationg for practicing and I hope it will soon be for Busking too. :-)
absolutely great review and I want one immediately
hello from across the pond! I've watched this video dozens of times, & I listen to it in headphones at work.
don't ask me why.
my story is a long one. my guitar playing goes back to the 1970s. I've had 3 lessons in my life, after the teacher, who came to my house for a half hour once a week, kept slapping my thumb- because it would creep over the neck, I kicked him out! from then on I learned out of books and completely by ear. We didn't have UA-cam. We didn't have DVD collections of Esteban, or learn riff vids, we did it all on our own.
Then I found a univox ec-100 echo chamber.
it came with a small cassette tape in the back of the unit, that you would record 1 track onto. I would use a guitar track, and record from 30 seconds to three minutes using a speed control knob. once your track is completed, you pulled out the speed knob (pull/playback) and it played back for you in a looping fashion. Then you can play along with your recorded loop, live. regrettably, I lost that unit many many years ago.
then I find this device, the trio+, and this is a 1000 times that unit! I have finally returned home!
I still haven't scraped enough funds together to get my own personal trio+ just yet, but I'll be ready for it when I do, because watching your video gave me all the basics I need to know to me get going. for that, I cannot ever thank you two enough for.
question please, when mick plays a chord pattern during The Rock genre towards the end of the vid, it basically looks like he starts in A, then that next chord I cannot identify, then to G, and the final chord I also cannot identify. would you help me please by telling me that chord pattern? please?? I have tried to replicate them by what I can see and what I'm hearing, and I still haven't nailed it down. I really enjoy hearing those changes in that genre.
keep up the great vids guys. I enjoy watching both of you two collaborate together! Cheers and take it easy.
The Trio is a great unit but the Trio + takes it to a whole different level. Great review and I do want one. Thanks much.
Love everything these guys do.
Definitely the very best demo of that pedal!!...
absolutely great review and I want one now
Like these two guys. Talented and they explain products well. I want this pedal ! ! !
looking back, this is bloody amazing
Great video Andertons, reminded me of the American group Steely Dan nice pedal to work out leads an rythms to.
sublime guitar playing as always, ordered a trio plus on the strength of this demo..and yes i know, it won't make me sound anywhere near good as these two.
Damn I'm so enjoyed with you guys' demo!
Best reviews on youtube, thanks guys
Fresh sort of humour after Chappers and Captain. Very nice!
En plus this ist the most helpful demo of how that thing works, at least in the basics. There are dozens of "how-to-do"-vids, but this here made it clear to me. Ordered mine last Saturday.
Best guitar-related review/demo I've seen for a long time.
All fun and no posing.
This video is on Digitech's playlist and I was already impressed by it enough to want to buy but no, you guys successfully turned it into a need, you bastards... :)
fucking love you guys .could watch this shit all day
Fun right ;). Thanks dude
Great double act. Great interaction. Well impressed. More please
Great review, very well presented . So useful to new or potential Digitech Trio+ owners.
Yep! They were quite keen in using it. And enthused! Worth 35 minutes watching which flew by.
I have the Trio but this new Trio+ ups the game big time...I definitely want one
Great little tool AND great players!!
Great review. I have this pedal and it’s my band available anytime for practice or composition. Guitar > pedal board > trio+ > headphones and play anytime day or night!
you guys did a hell of a review love it
Digitech, thanks for inventing such a FUN guitar toy. I have soo much fun with this thing. Man, these guys are good.
In '83, I was pumping a Yamaha MR10 drum loop out of my Yamaha G100-212 into the on-board mic of a late 70s Panasonic portable cassette recorder. And patching in my electric guitar...somehow??? I'd lay down the rhythm for a few minutes. Then play it back on the Panasonic and jam. Ahh, the memories. I'm buying one of these ASAP. Fun. Great demo Mick and Pete!
You two are priceless! Great video...
This pedal is awesome and you guys plays like monster!
This Trio+ Pedal reminds me the time when I got the Korg AX-100G and my favorite feature was the drum set for jamming, I learnt a lot about to keep time of my guitar, I improved a lot my playing and that mode doesn't have any drum break for chorus, bridge or whatever part of the song, just a plain and simple rhythm soundings at background.
These are still 300 quid a pop. They have stood up to the test of time no doubt. Mines in the cupboard at the moment, been using a Dito for a while, compact and versatile. I have started making purchases from Anderton's of late, 2 Guitars in as many months. A Revstar and a Classic vibe Tele. I can see my loyalty points going up in the near future. Always been spot on with service and all the other stuff. Thanks Anderton's.
thanks for sharing. beautiful demo and tutorial
And yes I've been watching this from the future and I am impressedl
Some time ago I posted on Digitech FB page that I would like to see a "Trio Deluxe" with a looper.memory card storage and additional playback parts such as keyboards.Well two out of three ain't bad so thank you Digitech!
Sensibly reviewed and informative, especially considering you wouldn't have had a great deal of time to work with it. This is going to be great for someone like me who hasn't got any mates! Good to hear what it can do with a structured song & chord progressions.
gonna buy the pedal tomorrow, just because you were having so much fun :-)
Awesome video! Thanks guys~
I'd like to see you guys really jam out more on the rock an some blues with the trio+ great playin to guys. you two are fun to watch...good video!
Best video ever! lol! Gotta love em! Thumbs up Digitech!
The trio plus is actually this much fun!!
The most fun I’ve seen both of u have,, 👏😁
Jolly well done chaps! Really enjoyed this one. Crackin' blether, playing, pedal. Now, about this £219...
You guys play to good! Killer guitar tones!
This video made me subscribe instantly. Great stuff, gents!
Thank you for that... Please enjoy our videos..
Two great players
you are fun and helpful thanks for your time guys
I think the Chaka Khan tune is What Cha Wanna Do For Me.....Great video....It made me buy Trio+ and this exact Duesenberg....thanks guys!
Pete is by far and away the most talented guitarist on their staff. And I'm a metal fan lol.
Very good video - thank you for this! I like you guys. There´s so much sympathy and fun in the video. And it feels real. Greetings from Germany. ( Gonna buy me this pedal soon).
Brilliant demo and great fun to watch you guys play. Keep the videos coming and ignore the haters!!! Sheesh, you would think people would be more grown up but some people have to be negative, it's their only addition to society....
you know your way around the guitar I see, love the jazz grooves. kinda Steely Danish, love the Dan.I gotta get me one of these!!!!
Great demo. Just got one today.
Bromance level over 9000
+James Russo That was original. You're so witty.
Thanks m80
Great Demo.....
This is awesome! Nice to see Mick getting a chance to wail little at the start. Can we get a Pete guest spot on That Pedal Show?
Yes, as long as he promises to play badly! Blimey that boy is good on the ol' geeeeetar!
No disrespect to Chappers, Couldnt care less for the erratic rapid finger jive. This to me this is real music. Puleeze bring on more of this. We need it.
I've actually just ordered this today im getting it tommorow cannot wait :D
Pierre Maynard how is it?
After seeing a few of your videos with the Duesenbergs, im really fancy a Starplayer TV! they sound great.
That Duesenberg is beautiful.
Adler It sounds great, too!
I want one 💖
Thats the best DP I’ve seen yet
Solo by Danish Pete I mean...
They must be in love, the way they look at each other!
Cannot push double like to this!??? Great! The human ideas teaching the machine what to do in music is an amazing world of creativity! And you guys, are great on doin' that thing!
Great to make demos and send the song to musicians for them to learn!!...
Digitech listened, the first one really needed memory :)
anything you guys play would sound great .......you are both awesome
Amazingly tasteful
thanks that is a really informative video demo. I have to get one of these.
Petes my favourite new guitarist
So it's like in musicals where people start to sing and magically the music comes on and dancers apppear from nowhere :D
Fantastic video truly well done.
I just ordered this should be here tomorrow...so you're telling me both of you are able to plug into the pedal at the same time? Am I seeing that correct?
I love your Gibson ES335....my dream guitar.
Great Video You guys are awesome!!
I have one of these. I wish I could have watched these guys explain it before anybody else. And this is 6 years later.
Must have one!
Beautiful playing. You guys need to take this on the road down to every paradiso tiki shack and spread the love :-) Going to rent this from L&M here in Toronto and check it out. Love the palm muted stuff on the 335, and the chords that Mick laid down, that's dope.
That r&b groove sounded very similar to Steely Dan. The guitar lines were super!
taking the looper out , is it better then the trio? looking at sound quality and functionalty
So awesome!
