Congratulations on one year on YT. I did find you from Rosie's channel which worked out great for me because Rosie had slowed down her uploading just about the time I started looking for collage artists on YT. I really have appreciated your style and how you do share what you've learned and how you set up your personal goals and aspirations. I imagine you are inspiring other artists' to take the plunge and try recording their own creative time to share. We all can learn so much from each other!
UA-cam recommended this video to me I just saw it is 11 months old 😆 it was perfect for me, I can relate a lot, just started my UA-cam Art Channel 3 months ago and there is so much to learn but also so much opportunity to grow! I try to stay optimistic and am willing to put all the work and effort into it. I like to think it will be worth it! Looking forward to your content now!
I didn't have time to watch the whole video right now, just watched the first 5ish minutes (will watch the rest later today). But just wanted to throw some things out there in the meantime. Firstly, education and insight - I have certainly learned so much and gained so much insight from you, and I'm so appreciative for that! 💚 Secondly, "oh, she's talented" - YES, yes she is VERY talented! Thirdly, I know you don't know me, but regardless, I am so proud of you for pursuing your dreams and seeing them come true! You da best! KEEP GOING ❤
Thank you so much 😊 IAppreciate the support. The internet is a weird place for the "I don't know you but" haha I appreciate you being proud and expressing it.
I have been watching a lot lately and enjoy you so much. I would love for you to do a video on how you decide what to frame a piece in to enhance it, or not frame and present it in another way. I do my collages mostly on canvas or canvas board. I sometimes incorporate cross stitch, embroidery, or sewn string art over my collages on canvas. I would also love to see a video about maybe going out and shopping at thrift or book stores for source materials, or if you go to a garage sale or just have a friend or neighbor offer you old books, magazines, or other paper sources. I am always looking for interesting sources of older materials and it is a constant hunt, which I love My mom gave me a 1918 unabridged dictionary for Christmas which I just adore. It has beautiful lithographs. You are inspiring and you help validate my love for collage. Thanks for all you do.
I'm so glad ☺️ I can definitely try to touch on these topics more. How I finish my artworks is high on my list! I'll try to do the other ones as well. I have a few videos About where I source my magazines from my early days. On here. Thanks for sharing ☺️
Bonjour Leah 😊🇨🇦 Concrats and thanks now that was very very intresting to know ,im thinking of making vidéos on youtube and this is soooooo helpfull ,very kind of you to share 👍
Congrats. Keep on keeping on. I found you through your collab with Rosie (east of honey). I’m wondering if occasional collaborations with other artists would be a great way to find new subscribers. I wish you huge success in the next 12 months.
Leah - It's been so fun to watch your channel grow! I really look forward to your new content each week. It's become a consistent part of my Saturday mornings. I've definitely contributed to those watch hours! Thanks for your focus on education and transparency. This was super informative. I wish I could subscribe all over again :)
Thank you so much!! This is so sweet to hear and glad you found it informative. I'm so glad you have made it apart of your weekend routine. ❤️ glad to have you.
There's never a shortage of images! Head to your junkmail, thrift shop, I love FB marketplace, garage sales... Even ask friends if you have old magazines
Franzella when you have the time, I might have done it before but can you please (when you have the time) one day make a collage material video like tips for paper to glue on from collages, scissors you using, materials to buy online ect. common mistakes and how to avoid it props and cons, ect.

I did too. I had binged Rosie’s videos when I first found her and I loved the collab.
So glad you found me. Yes! It's definitely a great source and I have some planned in the future. Definitely hoping to do more though!
You rock. Congratulations on 1 year Flanzella!
Thank you so much!! 💖

Congratulations on your success! ❤
Thank you so much!! 💞
I would like to learn about collage. My problem is finding images. You are very good by the way.

Yeah, I've found getting the subscribers to be a bit of a nightmare, but well done gettting as far as you have in our ultra-niche field.
Good to let us know you also have a collage site... Went by and checked you out and subscribed! 👍😊
@@beckyhrnandez Hey thanks 🤘
It's definitely can be difficult 😅 I'm grateful for this opportunity
@@flanzella absolutely
Excellent video Leah. You are so talented both artistically and business wise. Love the sweatshirt ! Where did you have it made?!
Thank you 😊 someone actually made it for me, I'll have to ask them!
I like watching art blog videos. I follow you because of your minimal art style. And I follow Rosie's channel for the same reason.
Awesome! Thank you!
🎉

Yes definitely! In the meantime I have an Amazon storefront linked in every video showing the products I use 😊
@@flanzella Cool!
Very inspiring… :)
You best work, wish you earn a lot more faster
Thanks a lot! I hope so too.
