Curious front sprocket selection. 48-52 could have helped a tad. Nice heavy duty (non removable) rack. If you wanted a faster choice from this company you would do best looking at the Revv1. I would like to see something like a 1,000 watt offering from them sporting a 30-35 amp controller. Unlocking throttle and PAS to do 35mph would be sweet. 👍 That would require a no passenger rear rack for safety.. 25kg would be fine.
I own this ebike and 5 other ebike brands and this one sits in the garage I don’t like the delay in the throttle the bike also has at times just failed and then spontaneously just take off but i must say i never messed with the controls set up in the display i will re-attempt this tomorrow and see what happens
Thanks for this review - super helpful. Im curious on your thoughts - Ive seen some of your other reviews. My husband and i want to get an ebike to replace the need of getting a second car - i understand your family has made this choice too. Im looking for a rear rack capacity that can handle an additional adult passenger and also a bike that can do it all in a good price point. I think Ive narrowed it down to this Ride1Up Rift and the Blix Dubbel. I know - such different bikes! Do you have a recommendation between the 2 based on family car replacement? Looking for rear rack passenger, cargo, comfort, commuting, reliability, passionate brand, multi-capabilities. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
Great to see 4-piston brakes on such a heavy and strong ebike. More brands should do the same. Ride1Up almost always deliver more for the dollar than their competitors and their customer support is responsive. I like their updated graphics. Would like to see more integrated brake lights, UL certification and participation in the Call2Recycle ebike battery recycling program by DTC brands. Battery safety and recycling have to be addressed for the long-term health of the industry.
Thanks for a great video/test once again. You forgot the "start from a dead stop on a steep hill" test. Sooo important to me before I decide what to buy. I wish someone would make a fat tire ebike that can climb short steep hills (45 degrees maybe 12 feet high) like a trials bike.
Instead of just talking about braking performance it would be helpful to show it measuring distance to complete stop on the flats as well as downhills.
How do you feel about the Ride1Up Rift vs. Hemiway Zebra? About to buy my first ebike and curious what your thoughts are. I'm leaning towards the Hemiway for the increased range, twist grip throttle, and I really like their options for accessories. The cable wrap up from Ride1Up should be the norm though! Other than the few things I like more personally about the Zebra, they seem very comparable. Loved your safari intro on the Zebra video lol, subbed a few hours ago and really enjoying your content 😄 great stuff
For someone that going to buy this bike, ill let you know they sent me a rift no pedals no charger, battery doesnt close all the way in, damage front axle nut. Chain keep rubbing the rear tire. And now they want 250$ off my card to ship it back for a refund.

I don't think anyone will make an ebike for what you are looking for. There are always Surrons or, like you said, electric trials bikes.
@@EbikeEscape Thanks 🙂

is it normal for the battery to drain quick while just using throttle going up a hill ?
I’m either going to get the Heybike brawn or the ride1up rift, what you think?
Ride1Up Rift - appreciate it if you use our link before you buy. I just don't know much about Heybike support.
Please which is the best ebike voletric nomad 1 or rd rover 6 plus I really need your advice .Thank you so much .
I think I'm getting this bike. One thing I think they missed is no USB port for phone. Do you have coupon code?
I do not but appreciate it if you use our link before you buy!
Is there an agent for Ride1Up Rift in New Zealand
Unfortunately they are US or North America focused.
No torque sensor?
Nope, cadence

Sorry to hear that, I hope they make it right for you.
How are you hiding your selfie stick?
Placement of the 360 camera. If you mount it straight out the lens and stitching can almost completely hide it.
ভাই প্রাইজ কতো
