Just breath or practice your breath pattern, when you do that it expands the lungs which makes your blood flow through the body move better and your heart will get the blood it needs to make the body feel better
I think I smoked a bad joint and now I’m having chest compression feelings ever sense and I think I can cause it through anxiety.. I’m not sure though but I’m sure I have a dull compression heavy feeling in the direct middle between my pecks under my collar bone. I haven’t smoked in days and I feel it ever so often
