Fitting a Fiamma awning and brackets to our 2018 MAN TGE VW Crafter

- This video is just to hopefully help out anyone who needs to fit a Fiamma awning to the new shape VW Crafter or MAN TGE as the instructions aren't very good and for the LWB vans are wrong
the only tools you're going to need for this are ;
10mm spanner
7mm spanner
4mm allen key
Philips screwdriver
the brackets can be a little fiddly to sort out and we've found that it's easier to put them together on the bench and then bolt them to the roof rather than try to put everything together on the roof
Sika 252 according to the instructions, but who knows if that is right considering the other mistakes in the instructions during the assembly stage! Thanks for your video, it was a great help.
Really appreciate this video. I installed this awning and brackets on my 2017 VW LWB Crafter. I didn't do the string thing to line up the brackets. I just used the line of the channel to position the brackets by eye, installed the awning and tightened up the 6 installation bolts. Then did a final tighten up of the bracket bolts through the roof. Seemed to work OK. Many thanks!

Which number holes did you use in the end for the rear bracket? Im guessing this is for the LWB Crafter considering you but the 4 meter awning ?

Hey great video. I've been looking at getting one of these for my 2020 crafter. I have rhino delta roof bars already fitted. Is there anyway of having this awning fitted whilst keeping the bars too?
Where did you purchase the f80s and did the brackets come with it, love the build
