I have all 5 of those herbs - just did a Alma mask and added a 1/4 cup of Zizyphus powder to mix. My Natural type 4 curls were popping! 👍🏾
I agree with this list! I need to try your zizyphus because I’m sure it’s much easier to rinse out than another one I tried.

I definitely don’t want that! That’s actually the reason I found you. I started using henna and that’s exactly what it did to my hair and I hated it:(. Can I still do this hair mask without it?

Happy Mother’s Day 🎉. I have just about all of these herbs from you except the fenugreek. Yet I do have the seeds in my home and I sprout them for salads and such. I’ll have to look at your other videos because I am FINALLY going to go grey but I still have one of my favorite hennas from you Red Raj. I believe you have some here on UA-cam and/or Instagram. I’m pretty sure I can just put oils/conditioners in the Red Raj to make it more for conditioning instead of for coloring but I’ll research first. Thank you so much for the information. Could we use zizyphus as conditioner instead of a cleanser?

I am new to adding things to my hair routine other then washing and coloring. My hair wad wavy until high-school and then it was curly until my first pregnancy (my daughter is 3 now and I'm due soon with baby #2) now my hair is flat and straight. I joke that my daughter stole my curls. Would these help bring MG curls back?

In another video you mention that cassia can loosen curls. So I am a bit confused about cassia.
Yes cassia and henna can both loosen curls. Some people like this type of definition. Definition for each person's hair is unique to what they define as being defined for their curls since curls also come in different levels of tightness and looseness.
I got my curls destroyed by an incompetent hair dresser that slapped on massive amounts of bleach in my hair. I think there is no much hope for my curls anymore. I have to start all over again which I did 2 years ago following Curly Proverbz. Back to the drawing board.

Hello. All henna do possibly loosen curls. Using Amla and/or zizyphus powder and products will help maintain curls in between colorings.

I use amla and bhrami when my edges thin out. I’ve also heard that people who have alopecia have great results using amla to regrow their hair.
So if you use all these all in a rinse how many times can you REUSE IT and if soo how much of each should use and how much water thanks in advance

Yes it is. It's a strengthening herb so it acts like protein. But it is not an actual protein treatment.
how do you prevent the powders from getting stuck in your hair when doing masks? i often experience that.
I typically do a gloss add a conditioner or deep conditioner instead of a mask because the herbs can get stuck in your hair . I have 4c hair
