Who else rejoiced when the abs finisher was only one round?!!! (Description says 3x) I was so happy to see the cool down on my screen instead of round 2!

So every day I HAVE to speed through to see the exercises and what is coming so I can prepare for more work out. I have to say having been doing Heather's workouts for the past few months at least twice a week prior (and completing Fierce 3.0) and starting this (day 8 of my first 12 week challenge) I now look at them and say "okay, I can do this - no problem". Not that I won't sweat my butt off and it will be challenging - it's the mental mindset I have now of "I got this" and not dread. Thanks Heather!

Circuit 1 = Kale: I don't like it, but I know it's good for me. I was proud of myself for finishing it. Circuit 2 = Chard. It's tolerable, mostly, and it's good for me. I was glad I completed it. Circuit 3 = Spinach. I like it and it's good for me! But I would have been OK with more. :) (but yeah, when it was only 1 round I celebrated!!) Thank you Heather!!
Omg I love Calisthenics! And because of an injury, I had to rely on Calisthenics for two months and I actually got stronger and didn't lose my stamina. This is AWESOME for travelling as well, when weights aren't accessible. Thank you for including this ! Definitely saved on my personal fav playlist! Go team go! ;)
I started this one with great trepidation after still feeling yesterday's arms! Esp. when I saw it starts with pipe and reg push ups! So I decided I will try it but take my rest day early if needed. Once I began I was able to push my way through. Another sweaty victory! thank-you Heather for allowing us to surprise ourselves!!
Honest feedback: could have use a few arm circles to warm up the shoulders a bit more before doing the planking, bear crawl etc. I don’t look ahead in the videos so I didn’t realize there was that much shoulder usage. I realize not everyone has bum shoulder like me though lol. Otherwise it was great and as we went along I warmed up a bit more. Thanks heather!

That first circuit was much more challenging than I anticipated. I thought the abs/core portion was going to be 3 rounds, but then looked at the time left and realized it must just be one (I was up for the challenge, but the 3 flutter kicks would have definitely pushed me to my limit). Thanks for the continuous challenge, Heather!

Wow, Heather! Those tricep dips right after yesterday’s upper body workout were absolutely savage 😂🔥. The bear crawls had me questioning my life choices, but I powered through and felt amazing afterward. 💪 Absolutely loved the calisthenics vibe-so refreshing to rely solely on body weight for strength and endurance. Excelente rutina!! solo me cuesta hacer el pike no se por cual sustituirlo porque incluso me da miedo porque ya he sufrido lesiones antes pero lo intenté. Todo me gustó me costó trabajo y ardieron los cuadriceps, los hombros estan muy cansados de ayer pero aún así logré hacer toda rutina. Gracias HR por esta sesión increíble 🙌💪🦵.

That bear crawl was so tough! As Heather says listen to your body, did as much as I could and felt so good afterwards ❤❤
