His team in Europe, Panathinaikos Greece now has seven European chips, and Kendrick was a major contributor. Adjusted to the game in no time, adjusted to the playoffs after the first game, and made an amazing final four run, also contributing on D. You should of talked about him in Greece. Currently playing on a top Greek squad Panathinaikos. For those not aware, Pana is a top European powerhouse. In Euroleague he helped Pana win 2nd and they're currently battling it out in the Playoffs vs Maccabi Tel Aviv. PAO won game 2 today, but lost game 1 even though they were winning the majority of that game. I think he should stick around at least 1 more year in Greece. He's playing well. With a solid stint in Euroleague he can make a triumphant return to the NBA.
Update: Nunn won the Euroleague vs Real Madrid with Panathinaikos and scored over 20 points! He was a big part of their W. Heck of a player. Hopefully he stays with PAO, but if he decides to return to the NBA the Greens will always love him. Hopefully he stays in Athens a long time. With the team winning in their first year together, I can't imagine what they'll do in the future when they address problems and upgrade some positions and have that experience of playing together. Great job out there today!
If he was healthy when he was in LA, he would've been that guard that they needed. He's a good defender and he could score. He just never really got the chance to shine.
Now it's Gabe Vincent that may end up like Nunn did too. What's up with these breakout Heat guards that seem to be getting hurt when they come to LA????
