I need this right now even more than SVENGALI. I need it more
Thanks incredible!!! I finally received my cupping set from China (looks same as yours) via Amazon and did the foot and stomach cupping you show and I feel much better. For one the cupped foot feels flatter (haven’t had time to do other one) when I walk like I’m touching the ground. But putting a cup right in the middle was kinda painful and I could see some surrounding muscles twitching which I think is a good response the fascia release happening but I’m just a lay person no idea
Ahh great that you’re having a positive response with the cups.
The one in the middle of the foot should ease and a twitch can suggest a release of wider tension. But ensure the cups don’t feel painful, if they do this is an indication that they are too strong.
Excellent job. Thanks for demo. Of cupping technique.
😁 glad you enjoyed it and thanks for your feedback 👍
This looks amazing
It’s definitely a fantastic way to release tension 😁👍
Nice work
Very good dear
Is cutting of the body with razor in cupping treatment needed?
When small cuts are made to draw blood, this is wet cupping. Wet cupping is used in a different way / for different reasons to dry cupping.
In this video I’m using dry cupping to reduce tension and discomfort in the tissue and to increase localised blood flow.
Hope this helps
Thank u..
You’re welcome 🙂
I had an ankle surgery 6 weeks ago and want to know if I am still safe to do this. My purpose is to release compensation pain in my heel as I have started weight bearing
It depends on what the surgery was for and where your scaring is etc.
I wouldn’t try it on yourself, unless your qualified in this modality. But instead go to a therapist, such as a sports therapist / sports massage therapist/ physio who is qualified in clinical Dry Cupping, as they’ll then be able to assess the area and how to help you weight bear.
Good luck with your recovery.
Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
Cupping help to grow muscles yes or no?? Plzz tell me...
Hi Ravindra,
It won’t help you ‘grow’ muscle. But it will help with muscle / tissue health and performance 👍
It will help speed up recovery. So in a way it will speed up growth of muscle.
How effective is this in comparison to conventional treatment?
Dry cupping can quickly relieve muscular and facial related tension. If cupping one foot people will often feel the difference as soon as they stand up after treatment.
For a condition such as plantar fasciitis, a rounded treatment needs to be provided, where the calf area and anterior tib is also treated and home care activities are provided to complement treatment.
I so need this right now
😁 it feels fantastic on the feet 🦶
Can u do a dry cupping full body at once? On the same day?
You could, but you need to continue to monitor the intensity of the suction within the cups and the clients response to each area. They can sometimes feel quite light headed after treatment, so for the first treatment use less cups and less suction and build up the areas of treatment over time.
What do you do when the person bruises up?
The cupping marks on the bottom of the foot usually fade quite quickly after the cups are removed from the foot. You do need to keep an eye on the colour of the cupping marks when the cups are on, which is why the cups are see-through.
If the cupping mark is going very dark purple, then remove the cup. The dark colour is a sign of tension within the tissue and shows that circulation is reduced.
Do u think plantar fasciitis can be a side effect of chemotherapy??? I developed mine while I was on chemotherapy and my gut feeling is that they are related although doctors think otherwise.
What is the price for basic online course ? And what kind of cup I need?
Hi Nisha,
Our Dry Cupping CPD course runs as both face to face delivery (at our training centre in the UK) and Live Online delivery (via Zoom - UK time).
We recommend the Dong Bang 17 piece kit (as used in this video) or the Hansol 17 piece kit (see link below).
Here's the link to our course page with all the information and course dates: coreelements.uk.com/dry-cupping-therapy-certificate-course/
Plus here's a link to the Hansol cupping kit: amzn.to/3Fac234
Hope this helps and kind regards
Dawn
Just buy a cupping set online & a book. You don’t need a course.
Good..
Hi what make of suctions cups do you use and how much does the set cost?
Hi Rod,
In these videos I’ve used the Dong Bang 17 piece cupping kit.
I use this kit in our courses and within our clinic also.
Here’s a link to the kit: acuprime.com/shop/cupping-therapy/cupping-therapy-cupping-therapy/plastic-cupping/dongbang-db350-plastic-cupping-set/

Since it’s plastic, is it reusable?
Nice

Would this be good for peripheral neuropathy?
Ideally the cause of the neuropathy needs to be treated. But it’s definitely worth trying around the areas with altered sensation to see if it helps.
It can help with altered sensation around scar tissue, so would be interesting to see if it helps with neuropathy 👍
@@CoreElementsTraining Can cupping also help lessen the numbness around an old surgical scar, or is it too late for that?
@@PeachPlastic Hi Peach plastic, Yes absolutely. Cup around the old scar tissue first for a couple of sessions with static cupping only and see how the tissue reacts. If no negative effects, after about two treatment sessions you can then static cup around the scar and then over the top of the scar. Over about 4 - 5 treatment sessions build up from static cupping as a warm up to the tissue to slide cupping. But monitor the reaction of the tissue, feeling of the sensation and adjust the pressure accordingly. You shouldn't feel pain and the cups shouldn't leave very dark marks.
Hope this helps
@@CoreElementsTraining I was looking for this answer. I'm in the UK and now suffer from neuropathy post chemotherapy. I'm told the nerves aren't really damaged but my feet are partially numb and cold all the time since winter started. I've never known such poor circulation in my feet.
Peccato che non ci sono i sottotitoli

Hi mam ....
If you don't mind
I have a doubt
About the cups reducing tension in the foot ?
I need those on my feet
😁 they feel great and reduce tension so quickly 👌
how long does dry cupping take
Hi Viral Dunia Maya,
The amount of time that you leave the cups on for depends on the person’s reaction (does it feel like the tissue has relaxed) and the colour of the mark (you don’t want to let the cupping mark become dark purple / black).
Is cutting of the body with razor in cupping treatment needed?
No cutting required.
In dry cupping we don’t withdraw blood from the body.
I hope this helps.
