Hi.Thank you for sharing
You’re welcome 🙂
Thank you for sharing such an fantastic technique for relaxing leg muscle. Can we use this technique in the treatment of varicose vein. 🙏
Glad you found the video useful Ramzan.
Don’t go over varicose veins with the cups, but you can use the cups above the varicose area, and they will help to relieve the pressure n the veins below.
For instance if there are varicose veins in the calf region, use the cups above on the lower hamstrings.
I hope this helps
Dawn
@@CoreElementsTraining thank for you guidance. I will keep in touch 👍🙏
Amazing videos! Can you do this using glass cups/fire cupping ?
Glad you enjoyed the video 😁
Yes you can do static cupping with glass / fire cups.
You need to adjust the suction with the fire cups to allow for sliding.
Thanks
❤❤❤❤❤❤
how long is recommended to keep the cup on for when doing the static technique?
Hi Christina,
The length of time that you leave the cup on for in a static position, is guided by the sensation of the client and the colour of the cupping mark.
Maximum of 20 min. But if a strong colour comes up after 3-4 minutes you then take it off.
Hope this help and thanks
Dawn 🙏

Where can I purchase a cupping set to perform slide cupping techniques?
Hi Kerron, I use the Dong Bang kit in the videos and you can get one (or similar) from acuprime.com/
Thanks
@@CoreElementsTraining Thank you so much
Can you please describe for how much time we need to hold cup at their places during static cupping technique
This depends on the amount of tension and the colour of the tissue within the cups.
This is something that we discuss on our accredited CPD short course in Dry Cupping.
Sometimes if the client is holding more tension the colour can come into the cup quickly, but other times they may have reduced circulation.
Wow, cupping seems easy enough. I'm interested in knee cupping. Does cupping involves actual cutting the flesh? Some one told me this was a part of the therapy.
Hi 👋
Wet cupping is the therapy where they break the skin.
This isn’t something that we do within Dry Cupping/ myofascial cupping, as within this therapy we’re aiming to have an effect on the musculoskeletal system.
Here’s a video of cupping around the knee for information.
All of our videos are aimed at therapy professionals 👍🏼

I am a male and have hairy legs, when trying to do static cupping the cups tend to lose their vacuum seal quickly and pop off which is very frustrating. Any kind of lotion, oil, or wax that would help? Cuz, I am not going to shave my legs!
Hi
Oil tends to work better sometimes for people with hairy legs (or more body hear). You need to use more medium (oil) than you would use usually for manual massage, as more hair = more medium is needed to dampen the hair in order to create a vacuum with the cups.
I hope this helps
Dawn
Does this help release tight muscles?
yes it’s a great way to reduce muscular related pain and tension, whilst increasing range of movement 👍
Where can i buy this equipment,
Can this treat the cellulitis tissue death? Please reply
Avoid cupping over cellulitis as the tissue can become brittle.
You can get a cupping set from Amazon or from Physique management.

I wonder if this would also work for cellulite becuase of the increase of blood flow.
Yes the sliding technique can help to soften the effects of cellulite.
It won't get rid of it, but it can help the area to look smoother.
@@CoreElementsTrainingHow about for neck and shoulder pain? Thanks.
@@dglorious1269 yes there are videos for this on our dry cupping playlist 👍
Can You use this technique If You have varicose ?
Hi Ileana,
It's not advised to cup over varicose veins. However you can cup on a clear area above the varicose veins, which may help to reduce the pressure on the varicose area below.
I hope this helps and kind regards
Dawn
Can cuppin if you have bartholine syst
Cupping isn’t recommended for intimate areas of the body.
Soaking in warm water can help with this condition.
Ma'am which Cream is use for before cup placed
In these videos I have used lotion from Physique Management .
But you can also use massage wax, massage oil or cream.

How long we should keep the cups on the leg's skin.
This is different for each person as depends on the colour that’s presented and the condition of the client 👍
👍
How often a person can have cupping? Once in a week or more ?
Once a week would be fine as long as previous cupping marks have gone.
Don’t re-cup when cupping marks are present.
Hope this helps
@@CoreElementsTrainingwhy not?
@@CoreElementsTrainingI wanna do it everyday
@@YTBeliveInGod if there aren’t any marks then yes you can cup the next day if there is tension still present.
Can I take warm bath before cupping ?
Warm is fine, but not ‘hot’ as in more sensitive skin this could lead to blisters when cupping afterwards.
Hope this helps
Dawn
I'm still stuck on how beautiful this woman's legs are love that toneness!
How can i joint
Hi, We have a fully online short course available. Here's the link - coreelements.uk.com/dry-cupping/
What are the benefits of this?
It's great for reducing muscular related tension and discomfort, increasing range of motion and increasing localised blood flow that helps to improve nutrient and oxygen content.
Can we cup the adductors ?
Yes absolutely.
You can apply to the adductors when the client is in the supine (face up) position 👍
My physical therapist does the sliding cupping and it’s the most painful feeling ever. Is that normal? She does it on my legs too
Hi Heyojac,
Yes sometimes if your legs are holding tension etc, then it can be uncomfortable. But usually after 3 or so slides it should ease off.
Plus they should adjust the suction, so it’s not ‘too’ uncomfortable. If not ask them to adjust the suction a little.
The more treatment you have, the more it should ease.
Hope this helps and kind regards
Dawn
What diseases does he treat?
These technique are aimed at reducing musculoskeletal pain, tension and disfunction 👍
