- This weeks film is all about skin rejuvenating facial cupping which can have several aesthetic benefits.....
Cupping can help with the drainage of fluid in the lymph glands which results in reduced edema and puffy appearance and helps bring a young glow to the skin. Any skin care used post-treatment is absorbed better and therefore more effective. The lifting motion reduces, visible fine lines, wrinkles, and scarring from injuries or acne and the massage movements help relax tense facial muscles.
So you can treat yourself or maybe treat a friend who has been feeling under the weather. A relatively cheap alternative for doing your own mini facial.

Caroline, I was supper excited when I saw this pop up this morning. I am a very big fan of this and I find it is amazing. My massage therapist showed me a few tricks I will share with you. First, wake up the lymph nodes by first using the cup on your neck under the jaw line. Just suction and release up and down (don't drag the cup) moving it in a vertical line under the jaw and down the neck. Second, as you move down the face ever few passes continue down the neck to the lymph nodes that you just woke up. It's amazing. She also said that I should have 2 days between cupping. She is using it on herself, it’s her channel. She shows things she has discovered, learned, etc. that work for her and shares it for others to learn about and/or try. She is in her mid 40s. You could try using UA-cam’s search for “facial cupping” or add ‘mature’ at the beginning of the phrase.

I am trying to create a habit of doing this but somehow the excitement was huge in the beginning when I got them and now not so much. Anyway, just to point that the area around the eyes is so extremely gentle that the suction should be very small.
When my skin feels sluggish - j give it a good rub - only about four times a year but my.mum used to say - your doing a Malcolm Muggeridge - don't do it! ok - great video - I'll try cupping instead 😉

thanks for the video. is it something that would recommend to people 45yo+ where the skin is more sensitive, not so tender and likely more prone to stretching. i totally get an idea of better blood circulation but im just afraid my skin my just stretch.

Why do we do it inwards in the eye area? I’m quite confused as some videos says to do it outwards in the eye area? Someone please help 🤷♀️

after I was hot by a car on my bike I had landed on one side of my face causing sever sagging due to road burn and a a head cut at the scalp. between this, face yoga and a face needler I really improved the sagging of the one side of my face. also it really does help with dark circles as I get puffy from allergies at times. or I get my massage guy to give my a detox face massage.
I've done facial cupping on myself many times but yesterday I noticed it left tiny red speckles on my face. Is this normal? How do I get rid of it.
I have done it for a few years now and people notice I look younger than 71 years. I also get the larger ones from my calves and tummy area.

Wonderful video, love your personality! But may I suggest you running the eye cupping outward? I think inward might create more lines under the eye.
You go inward, you want to pull moisture into the lines. If you go outward you pull and stretch the skin and cause the lines to get deeper.

I have the exact same cups, tried them yesterday for the first time. It’s amazing but I have bruises all over my cheeks 😞
If you leave the cup with suction on one area for more than 5 seconds it causes bruising . It’s not meant to left static! Keep moving
And press the cup to release its hold from the skin

elinor dashwood I think you should be cautious. It’s not to say it would but it depends on your skin. I’d very sensitive I would use my hands and the power of massage instead :))
