    Hi mate does removing that tray really make any difference or can you just remove the sound deading behind that I feel that try has no part other than the filter sits in it

      Hi dude, you can simply remove the sound deadening which makes the induction noise slightly louder 😎

      Hey buddy, There are little clips that you should be able to get a screwdriver behind and Unclip them out. I mean, I didn’t keep it so I just ripped it out! Cool dude! 😎🙌🏼 Thanks for watching!

      @@JoshKemponcars Might extend the normal engine air filter longer and keep those wasps out. :)

      I keep the wasps in and let the rasps out! 😎💪🏼 I actually miss my B7, cracking car and probably best car I’ve owned from a reliability point of view and perfect balance of performance.

      What happens when the timing thing starts to fail ? I have a B7 132,000 miles

    • @JoshKemponcars
      @JoshKemponcars  4 роки тому

      Can be engine failure but there are usually tell tale signs that it needs replacing prior to that such as a rattle on idle or if it takes a few turns of the key to get the car started... Just do a quick search online and you'll find out lots of information.

      @@abers_j2548 You do not have timing chain on a By 2.0T....there's a timing BELT,there is a cam chain tho,but its not that problematic,people tend to change it too when doing a belt change,just to be safe,changed both on mine,2007 a4 b7 2.0t,smooth as a butter now :)
