@@MASCULINAVERSITY Oh yeah that typical "alpha", "beta", "sima" BS XD Let me guess... you are ALPHA? XD The guy above you is right. Competing with yourself is ultimate. Why? Thanks for starting with the true beginner exercises. So many assume that everyone can do a pushup/pullup/etc, which is endlessly frustrating for some of us
4:08 this is true. I had been training deficit push ups on parallettes for quite a while before i bought my first gymnastics rings. I have never had any issues with the deep part of ring dips.
Awesome video brother. I'm starting my journey in calisthenics and your content is gold. I was 452lbs 5 years ago, and I'm currently 247lbs. Your videos have helped out tremendously during my journey. Thank you sir, job well done...
great content as always👍 just got my first pull up bar at home and slowly building up to do pull ups as a goal, will incorporate these exercises to build up my back strength, thanks
Dear Daniel just great ..your explanations and how you show the mouvements..to hang is great and I feel better, breath & shoulder is better.. in only one week!!Thank you so much !you are great personality🙏🏻☺️🙋🏻♀️
eccentric is king, my max pull ups went from 4 to 11 within a month, altho it may differ for people training in lesser volumes. I really wanted to develop pulling strength thus i was training pull-ups daily, I used to do 3 clean pull-ups and 3 negatives every hour, that wouldn't totally exhaust me but it sure developed great muscle memory. No joke It really worked wonders, obviously I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who isn't specifically training for improving pull ups, if your goal is back hypertrophy you should probably stick to a systematic training programme training your back twice a week
When describing the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for pushups at 3:30, are these reps supposed to be done in a single straight set, or rather following the myorep tip discussed earlier?
Wall pushups are great start. No shame in being female or male. You will get stronger with consistency. After you do wall pushups for a while practice inclines and knees, and then get to regular pushups. Your body will thank you! You got this!
I love your videos I've been watching you for years and following your guidance The thing i want to say is whenever you speak the "S" word,it gets so high pitched and i think it is a mic problem which you can fix, thats it Although i love your videos really helpful keep uploading ❤
Hi. When you are already lean - how do you maintain leanness? I wondered how you regulate caloric consumption against your weight when trying to maintain leanness. Do you have a weight range that you allow yourself to fluctuate in while trying to maximize muscle gain (and thus promoting a lean bodycomposition)? Or do you use the mirror as the primary tool - IE you reduce calories when you get too fluffy?
I have seen too many people claim unbelievable number of push ups, dips and Phil ups only to see them excite them with incredibly poor form. I am a big advocate of fewer but high quality reps
There are so many things to remember 🫣 However you really illustrated everything clearly and concisely, this video will end up replayed a lot ! Thank you !!

Legs, Legs, Legs. This one is great, one of the best videos. Now we need Legs.
He did legs a couple weeks ago
just drive your bicycle to the calisthenics park or sprint/jump up a long stair
sprint. jump. lift weights.
Your legs just need to be able to move. Sprint, run and jump, climb, swim, martial arts... etc
Happy to make one in the future.. I didn't want this bad boy to be 45 minutes long 😅
Thanks for starting with the true beginner exercises. So many assume that everyone can do a pushup/pullup/etc, which is endlessly frustrating for some of us
I started my calisthenics journey fully in a month I already see progress I’m so happy I started it
I was just getting into calisthenics, thanks!

Great video Daniel, would love some videos that touch upon more intermediate trainees
great content as always👍 just got my first pull up bar at home and slowly building up to do pull ups as a goal, will incorporate these exercises to build up my back strength, thanks
A combo of assisted and eccentrics and you will unlock pull-ups. Train hard on rows too and it's not a matter of if, but when!
Fantastic video. Great to go through the progressions. I think we all tend to jump in at a stage a bit ahead of our ability.
Excellent video.. Thanks Daniel.
Thank you so much. Its completely free quality content . Appreciate yours effort.
Great stuff as always, Daniel. Thank you
Best demonstrated excersises EVER !!! CLEAR moves !!!

0:22 dude, i'm a healthy 31 yo thin woman and i also can't do a single push up 😅 i hope the wall won't descriminate against me
Hello. Do not worry, you will able to do a push up with practice and consistency.
Wall pushups are great start. No shame in being female or male. You will get stronger with consistency. After you do wall pushups for a while practice inclines and knees, and then get to regular pushups. Your body will thank you! You got this!
Wall push ups were a lifesaver
Feet assisted ring dips into the support is the only exercises that makes my pecs work like crazy.
Iam training core strength 4 times a week just to be able to do L-sit...
I do hollow body (40s)
Plank 1minute
And leg raise

love your vids! why do you always use regular weighs and not ankle weights for things like knee raises? (shown at 17:35)
Daniel can you still do one arm chinups? I haven’t seen you perform them in a while.

Eric how many band pull ups before moving to lighter band? 8-12? thanks
How often I can do pull ups and pushups and dips.....plz answer
is there much different between pronated and supinated scapula pulls?
I have seen too many people claim unbelievable number of push ups, dips and Phil ups only to see them excite them with incredibly poor form. I am a big advocate of fewer but high quality reps
Everytime you go to the toilet hang :D The hang won't be the only thing you are trying to hold in so you work multiple muscles :D

do you recommend dragon flag eccentrics for core?
Definitely. Makes my abs pop
Your the cristiano ronaldo calisthenics athlete version.
With traditional pull ups what percentage of our body weight on average are we pulling
100%
Technically you don’t pull your forearms, but that’s like 4% or less, so no matter
Who says knee push up is girl push up I do these in the middle of my push workout and absolutely get humbled I literally start failing the set
I always use knee push ups to finish my regular set to squeeze out every drop of juice left.
Where are the leg exercises?
