Can anyone tell me, weather or not the brands "zeppelin" and "ingersoll" are quality brands? I love how their automatic watches look and wanted to make shure i am buying a propper watch with my own money. Thanks a lot in advance!
If you bought a watch of them in the meantime, you can stop reading. Zeppelin use miyota movements, so they're okay for the price they asking for. Ingersoll use no name china movements, Ingersoll watches really look nice, but the inside isn't. I'm 23 and I'm on a watch search myself. I looked by Ingersoll, Seiko, Orient and brands like that, but after more research I looked for ''real'' automatic watches from like Tissot, Hamilton and so on. If you can wait, don't buy a cheap watch. If a bad movement is not a problem for you and you buy them mostly for the design, go for it, but for me it should be a good design with an solid movement. I save my money the next months and then I hopefully get a good watch. I look for an Tissot Le Locle (Black), Mido Ocean Star (Blue/Rose) or I go full in (in a few years 😅) for a Longines Hydroconquest in Blue (44mm). PS: Bist du deutschsprachig? Hätte ich ja auch auf Deutsch schreiben können 🤣

It's funny to see how the AD in Oslo (Bjerke in this case) just has Rolexes lying around, but they keep insisting on not selling to anyone unless they have status.
Unlike Bjerke, all other watchmakers in Oslo treats customers well. Bjerke is the sole reason I stopped lusting for a Rolex. And I refuse spending serious money on stuff I do not want. I’m fine spending it on stuff I do want.

( @NicoLeonard ) I see these "pagani design" watches & they actually look quite lovely - turns out its a Miyota NH35A movement - which i've come to learn is obscenely common, yet quite accurate - considering the price point at a hundred bucks, the fit, finish & quality && what amounts to a reliable Seiko movement - yet common as hell - but nicely draped - would you call this hot shite or what man???

Keys? Why does your place of business have keys put a card reader on that door called access control. Some systems out there will even allow you to use your iPhone as your card. And if you do have a card/fobthat you lose, it’s as easy as turning it off in the system and issuing you a new one no harm no foul. And not only that do you have a direct audit trail of everyone that goes in it out in and dates and times during off hours, while the doors locked.
for those wondering about the location, its in svolvær lofoten, the museum they film at is called borg viking museum, used to work in the area with fiber and radio installations and its beautiful, when you're not working there XD if its stormy, its hell, especially the winterstorms you can get there, and those planes from widerøe, dehavilland's are planes i trust more than any jetliner. those pilots can put that thing down safely going sideways like a damn driftcar in storm conditions and no visibillity in winter
