I had to slap myself a few times for watching a 2 wheel drive being lifted 😂🎉
We will lift anything lol
you are so right, i am refuse to leave my 2022 Tundra alone . thanks for sharing
ya'll crazy but I love it! earned a sub.
And if you’re a Carolina boy, you’re done!!! Laughed my ass off man. Mine is a 4x4. Started drinking right at the point where I had to drop the diff and cut the crossmembers. Definitely the hard part…. Phone a friend
I’m also trying this tomorrow lol
Did you have any issues with the Pre Collision or VSC systems after the lift? My Toyota app alerted me but my shop has not performed an alignment yet
No issues with either
@@aguywithajeep I just got mine back after 6” and after they did the alignment all codes went away thank the lord
I don't think I would have the balls to tear apart my brand new truck in my driveway to do this.
We can’t leave anything alone.
I’ve the 2023 1794 with the air suspension system. My question is, if I put this 6” lift kit on which I want to, will it void the warranty and also, can this cause any issues with the differential or driving?
By law it cannot void the warranty entirely. It will void the warranty of the suspension components, but those you are replacing anyways. They would have to prove that you lifting the vehicle caused another failure to get off the hook of covering that piece. As for driving it’s pretty normal feeling. You’ll want an alignment for sure. Diffs are good to go
@@aguywithajeep thanks for the insight, I really appreciate.
You are lot braver than I dude. How will this effect your warranty?
Warranty is unaffected except of course on the stock suspension components that we don’t need anymore anyways.
How you had any problems with the truck after the Lift kit
Not yet. Less than 500 miles on it so far though
i did the same set up 2wd and when i drive from 0 to 20 its shudders does yours do that i have the factory 20 on 35s
Nothing changes drivability wise on it
@@aguywithajeep when I give gas slowly between 5 and 15 mph does little shudder feeling after that goes back to smooth
Wheres the update video?
Nothing to update, truck is still running the kit. Daily driven with no issues
where is the finished product ?
In the video thumbnail.
Oh my you shouldn’t be doing this I was laughing so hard at you doing this hope it doesn’t fall apart but judging your mechanical skills I’d say it will
6 months later it hasn’t fallen apart yet. I never claimed to be a mechanic but I can turn a wrench or two
Reading directions is for dummies….
noob
To Toyotas, yeah for sure. This is a Jeep page after all 😂
@@aguywithajeep 🤠
just can't leave it alone more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ just for looks.................
Guilty as charged
@@aguywithajeep Looks dope as hell though. Totally worth it 🤣
