i wish tarkov had a replay mode after a raid has ended, not only would it be beneficial for the individual to find if the person in the raid was cheating but could also have people volunteering (both for trusted high hour players and content creators) just like csgo's overwatch.
Bsg rely on these cheaters money now days even if they could they wont apply replay modes believe me they always make things seem like are difficult but they r not implementing death cams is not that hard we can see from arena mode but bsg is bsg.
i’m pretty sure there’s something like a raid code for tarkov where the raid is kinda recorded like not on video but actions and people who’ve joined but def still needs improvements
I've recently ran into a cheater in 1/3 raids on factory and interchange. I have recordings of these players teleporting around grabbing high tier loot and avoiding gun fights. In one cade I actually almost killed one but ran out of ammo... he had the audacity to go "haha I have all the GPUs on the map re**rd!" And then he broke my legs and made me walk to extract. I couldn't even locate his name... tarkov really needs a end of raid character list, or "damage done to you be THIS player" function and same as the death screen, we can report them.
Had the same sh*t happening to me. Was on Lighthouse, grabbed insane loot, then outside the scav trainyard a cheater shot me in the leg and said I shall drop all the good stuff and he will give me meds and let me go. Guess what? He speedran away, and no way to report him. I am beyond convinced most people are just closet cheating these days. Where did the "Hurr got 5000 hours only saw 2 cheaters" trend come from? It makes zero sense for legit players to deny that the cheating industry steered by criminals is billions heavy and a growing problem. Seriously, the amount of times I was in the Tarkov Discord server playing with people, getting laughably ragehacked on, telling that the teammates just for them to instantly deny it, outweighs the times where people either agreed with me or stayed neutral is nuts. There is just no way in heaven people are THIS ignorant. I mean, every single time you tell someone to make a simple Google search about it, they shut up about it. No more arguments, it's almost like they realize how weird they sound when they say stuff like that. This wipe was my last too. Only got to level 11. I literally got killed by the same DOUYIN cheater on Reserve inside the bunker THREE times in a row! And that was at prime time in the EU central servers! The game is just beyond dead, literally the majority of the rest that is playing is just cheaters, that's it.
@VioletteMolotov I usually recommend putting all your good loot into your safe box (I usually yell that if they kill me I will report them)due to it showing the players name/uid when you get killed you can than report them
if a majority of people disagree with you, maybe it's time to take a step back and see why. Sorry man but the reason so many high hour legit players say that stuff is because it's typically true. Cheating is definitely a big problem in tark but in my personal experience far less then what people say. And so so often you see people calling cheats against people who ARE almost without a doubt legit, or at least no reason to believe otherwise. This is because it takes thousands of hours to really understand the game and the things you can do and how they look in the other person's(your) pov. From pre-aiming corners far outside of audio range using purely map knowledge, to crazy looking movements because everything you do in game looks faster on someone else's screen who is looking at you. There're a lot of things that can seem sus if you don't understand the highest level of gameplay, and that goes for many games. I mean cmon man you only got level 11 and you're hackusating people with little to no understanding of the game and it's mechanics.
as an oceanic player, what pestily ment is we have a much lower population of players so running into the same person is high(with his report bug that adds weight to the statement) cheaters feel common very map/time specific for us. as a side note i commonly fight players i have killed or died to i doubt that is as common in US
It happens on NA west. This server is also an incredibly small population. I one time died to a traitor scav and my next game on customs soloed his 3 man team. The best feeling I have ever had by far. The reason I say we are stupid is because in my state we are rank 49th in education. The surrounding states are evidentially equally unintelligent.
@@Diss3mbled you see it happen on NA west too because the Chinese, Vietnamese, and other dedicated Asian RMT operations are mostly active during the working/waking hours in that part of the world. I think some of them grind at night and some more normal business hours but it ends up leading to like seemingly clumps of them playing at certain times. You see this phenomena significantly less often on US east, and even less often than that on US central servers, it basically correlates with latency. They essentially either can't play at all on those more distant servers, or if they manage to do so thru some kinda vpn shenanigans, it still leaves them feeling the effects of somewhere around 300ms/400ms latency even if their connections appear on the game's server to be much closer to the 150ms limit. Which means they will almost surely lose any HvH duels and it messes with their ability to be efficient overall, they wanna die as little as possible, get the most gains, most successful carries, etc. They are doing this to feed their families, I don't exactly blame them for it, but these semi-organized groups of RMT farmers are pretty consistent and persistent. They have been doing this shit in tons of different games, year after year, and they are good at adapting as needed. Big ban wave? No problem, price for rubles goes up for everyone so they still manage to have good profit. Major commercial RMT cheat finally detected by BattleLie? Oh man, they had to go out of their way and contact some other namebrand Chinese cheat vendor over WeChat and get a single month license key for that guy's cheats, before paying another more talented developer to reverse engineer the cheat and provide the source code for them after editing it to ensure it stays active for free and can run simultaneously on multiple systems on the same network. They aren't new to this hustle, they are very hard to catch, they follow the money so if your game is an earner, you can't just convince them to play a different one thru any normal means, you gotta just pull some Sherlock Holmes shit out of your ass and bust as many of them as possible in a single sweep.
@@shelltoe_soul "They are doing this to feed their families," this is it right here, but not in the "ohhhh they have no other choice :((((" kind of way. These people aren't going to starve to death, but the point is that they are viewing this like a job. It's not about some kind of cutthroat "prestige and winning by all means" or a desperate "if I can't sell 500 LEDXs I won't be able to eat tomorrow" when it comes to Tarkov. It's literally just another gig to them. They'd lose raids over and over if that somehow meant they could turn a buck. Again, not because they're desperate, they don't have to and SHOULDN'T be doing this, but it's something that they can make money off of. If people got paid to run around IRL and squirt people with water guns with little repercussions, a decent amount of people would still probably say "sure, money is money" and take the job. They know they're inconveniencing other people, but it's not like anyone's getting hurt or dying, and they're making money, so they might as well.
I used to run lighthouse at 3am on us servers and would constantly get jnto raids with the same group of gamers. Constantly taking turns killing each other and collecting their dog tags
Here is a fun fact, many cheats can actually detect the value of items you have on your character in a match. So generally the better you roll in the more likely you are going to get smoked by a cheater. My friends and I often had less cheater troubles because we, not having a lot of time to play, would roll in with mid or low tier gear, gear not valuable to a cheater. And as such we were often left alone.
This is why i dont even try to use slicks or hexgrids, i just feel like a cheater magnet. Doesnt matter if i died sus or legit, im still questioning it 100x more just because i know cheaters want my lootussy
they didnt have to do this before marked room changes and found in-raid status. they disguised it as the combatant to hatchet runners as if they were worse than cheaters lmao. its insane. cheaters HAVE to kill you now. if theyre being paid to run through raids for certain items, they kill anyone getting close to marked rooms or anyone getting remotely close to them. if theyre playing to get leveled and fast roubles to sell loaded accounts, they will kill anything and grab best inslot out of the whole raid as long as theyre not stretch the band too far by wiping the whole lobby and getting banned on an account theyre trying to resell (they buy accounts cheap from people that sell hacked-into accounts in bulk). the most prevelent and used cheats are made by a BSG employee and they love to advertise it as so, and that theyre 'undetected' for so many years. its corrupt as gaming gets with BSG.
@@FlamingKarrotopProductionsFKP The fact they dont use IP or hardware bans and let any cheater purchase countless accounts says alot about their intentions as well.
@@ryanmair2373 they do hardware bans but the cheats come with free hardware ban wipe so it's completely useless. A battlestate dev made cheats and they advertise it as so.
It isn't impossible but it'll do a lot more then the current systems in place. We need to get it to a point where cheats will be so expensive in man hours to produce and so expensive for a consumer to buy that its just not worth it anymore. I mean most cheating discords where they sell cheats have 4k+ people online at all time, even if there would be just 3 of them that's still 12k players that signed into that discord and lets be generous and say 8k of them is actively cheating in the game at any point while the game has like 20k conc players on a good day, those numbers are just not okay. Like, by now gamers understand that you can't completely eradicate the problem that's not how it works, but they could do MUCH MUCH more to prevent it in my experience. Like I said before, how can someone have 30 kd , 80% headshots and 1000 healing exp on his lvl 40 account and not be banned? We can be apologists for BSG all we want but that doesn't mean they aren't dropping the ball with this issue right now... @@pandanuv6818
As someone who HAS cheated in tarkov in the past I can confidently say you have atleast one ESP user per raid. As crazy as it sounds, I could see someone who also looked at me through 4 buildings and keep tracing me until you identify as a cheater also and just avoid each other. My reasoning for doing it? I sucked at the game enough to want to cheat to keep up with my gigachad friends. I had the same cheats that "The wiggle that killed tarkov" had and as soon as I saw that vid I deleted everything and "gotgud" at the game. currently level 38 and loving the game legitly!
I wanna take a second to mention SPT-AKI. It is a client for Tarkov that transforms the game into a single player experience. When dealing with cheats we should take good care to not attack mods like this. They are cheating, but it’s in a closed environment where only you and AI PMCs and NPCs are the only people there. Most mods for SPT-AKI are really good aswell, for example adding traders, adding new items, fixing the horrible lighting, removing inertia, or even making the game even harder.
@@jasii7206 yes, look up SITcoop. It runs on SPTs "server" structure with its own code for the coop function. Only recently gotten popular. It's running on SPT 3.8.0 which isn't even out yet for people playing regular SPT as well as the latest Tarkov patch
I agree with General Sam here; add the Dread Hunger end of match "replay" system and then also make a tribunal to let players help with reports. Once that's in, make an almighty super intrusive anti-cheat system. Boom, done.
You know what kernel level anti cheat really is? A backdoor waiting to be exploited. Pirate Software, who was a white hat hacker for 20 years (meaning he was hired to find vulnerabilities so they could be fixed) is against it because it's got full access to the software and hardware of your computer. Do you trust a company with full access of your computer knowing that all it takes is a good data breach and suddenly your computer is compromised and every single bit of data, saved passwords, credit card details, tax information, anything else that could make you a victim of identity theft should it be stolen, will belong to whoever got access to that backdoor. There's better ways to do anti-cheat than putting a rootkit on your PC.
let me tell you something. I'm from Brazil and I play on servers in South America, I'm not going to say that there aren't cheaters on the server I play on but it's rarer than on servers in the United States or other places in the world. I believe that there are fewer cheaters here because the game is expensive for the average person and requires a good PC. Of course, I've already encountered several cheaters, especially in Labs where it seems that hackers come and play on our servers because there are fewer players. And I actually have to agree with you on the part about the colored cards, I only found the violet card in the woods car once and that was it and I've already played several wipes and killed the bosses several times. Now the part I wanted to get to is this wipe it seems like things are worse if before it was rare for me to find a cheater now it's every day I die to one and the game has really become frustrating to play with each passing day. I really wanted to understand what goes on in the head of a person who cheats, like what's the fun, you know? For me the fun of the game is really that tense PvP that no other game has but in the end it's a let down I love the game but I'm really losing the excitement of playing it. Sorry for the text and bad English, I'm better at speaking than writing.
It's not rare. Most "legit," cheaters either avoid players to loot shit or pursue the chaddest of players in the lobby to get their gear and feel good. When you happen to spawn near them or your path crosses theirs, it's when they fuck you up.
YES THANK YOU. its PISSING ME OFF that so many people call these disgusting creatures "hackers". They are in no way or form hackers. over 99% of them have not made their own software but have paid for it. They are CHEATERS. For some people to be a hacker can be something badass, but none wants to be a cheater. Use the right description for these scumbags please.
I just skip either term altogether and call them what they really are, "Losers". As pedestrian an insult as it might be, you'd be surprised how much it gets under their skin. It's even better in games like CSGO/CS2 with ranking cuz you can never go wrong with "Imagine having to cheat in Silver". That one never fails to rile them up.
Tarkov is a special case because. If you cheat in CS. The only thing you gained was some mm points but in tarkov. You take others gear. Can suddenly accomplish wildy difficult task that can take others months to complete make tons of money And then suddenly your one day of cheating might have put you weeks ahead of the general population playing legit.. and that's all it takes one or two days of cheating.. suddenly you've flown up the levels with a maxed out hideout and then your cheats run out... and ontop of that cheating in tarkov suddenly gives you insight that would takes 100s of hours for the regular player to attain. Your wallhacks can show common player routes. Player spawns and where good loot spawns.. this is why the cheating problem is sooo bad in tarkov. In CS you live and die by skill. Sure you can but hacks and ruin the fun for one game. But after those hacks go out. Your back to your own skill. And actually skilled players will quickly put you back in your place While in tarkov that one day of hacks. Puts you at a massive advantage for the rest of the wipe. Maybe your one day of hacks you decided to get shooter born in heaven done.. or grenadier. Or outpost. Or go esp 10 graphics card and 3 ledxs or that one red key card. And now it doesn't matter when your hacks run out you still hold the advantage. Because you have 50mil reubles and level 3 traders while everyone else is running around at level 1-2. And finally how tarkov is designed. It can be hard to tell if A. That's guys cheating. Or B. You just got unlucky.. this is why. Tarkov.. DESPERATELY. Needs a replay system.. and a Kernal level anticheat . You have WAY to much to gain from hacking.. In tarkov... and trying to pull the MORAL card doesn't do shit. If you give people a way to get an advantage. 80 percent of people are going to do it . They don't give one F.. about the people on the other side of the server.. and neither do you if your honest with your self.. I speak for the community in saying we don't care about a map expansion or new quests or new guns.. give us the ability to spectate. People after raid. Stop bullshitting us with battle eye . It detect one set of cheats and 20 more pop up ready to fill the market space.. cheats are bought daily they make SOO much money they can easily afford to hire a team of 10 dudes working on these cheats..We've been through the same shit for 6 damn years like holy shit bsg it's time for action..
Kernel level anticheat is not always the solution + we all know bsg does sketchy stuff, I aint letting them download a kernel level program on my pc. Do you even know how powerful something "kernel level" is? The kernel is literally the core of your OS, and a kernel level program could yoink all your data without any antivirus noticing, or delete your entire disks without your permission.
As much as I hate cheaters, I gotta give it to cheat developers, what they do requires a ton of skill and knowledge. Still POS’ but highly impressive work.
Yep. My message said "and 237 others"... I've played over 3000 hours. I hadn't done more than 200 raids that wipe and also ran into way more cheaters in tarkov so far.
I can also confirm that, I apparently had 10 cheaters banned from wipe day reserve (plus another 30 that didnt show dates/map) even though I only played 2 reserve raids on wipe day to get the bunker quests done and then go do other things.
I've gotten 30 plus accounts banned from woods to shoreline I don't think pestlys was a bug sure some of it was but I garentee he got a very good amount of players banned
Why do certain streamers constantly look at their other monitor? Defenders say they look at chat. Why would you be constantly looking at chat in the middle of an intense gunfight? Makes zero sense. Shroud never does this. Hes too busy focusing on what hes doing. Oh let me guess youre just that good at the game that you can completely wipe the whole map whilst reading chat at the exact same time? Sure.
its actually kinda rare to see cheaters play alone on cs atleast majority of the time when i run into the real blatant ones they are 5 stacked with either legits or other cheaters.
Those are elo-boosters. They simply take your money, boost you with cheats for X amount of ranks and their job is done. What's funny is, when those cheaters eventually get banned, the person who paid money to get boosted automatically loses all the matches he won with cheaters since he was pre-made with them. Lots of "legit," cheaters either play solo or play with their friends yet their friends don't know about the cheats. And they lurk in stupid "private," forums or Discord servers with a lot of verification process and a "trust period." UA-camrs did lots of interviews with legit cheaters in CS, and people who use those "legit," cheats do it on their main account. Accounts worth thousands of dollars :D
@@Diss3mbled most carry services will let the guy who is getting boosted stay away from any fight at the edge if the map. They will than bring the loot to them with speedhack
@johni85i63 yeah the boostee normally lays in a corner inside some bushes somewhere for most of a match and just picks up the raid bag at the end. They really don't want him to die because they don't want to run it back for that stupid reason if they can avoid it. Just really ineffiecent for time and they have to offer free runs for people who get clapped on their watch.
the problem is that BSG just doesnt give a shit. Im serious, and many will agree, especially those who play SPT, like me. How do i know BSG doesnt care? How about the fact that there are sooooo many features that are nobrainers, have been promised but not delivered, or stuff that is assumed to be by default - isnt implented. Even Nikita himself has said "Tarkov isnt to have fun with." And i cant comprehend why people would defend this game. Actually - i can. In The SPT discord server i was in, there was this dude, all cocky and super pro-BSG, and shitted on anyone with valid criticisms for the game. So i asked him in vc one day - why do you play SPT, if live EFT is so much better? His answer? "Oh, i like cheating and ruining people's day." I cant stress this enough - whenever someone came into SPT server supporting BSG, they almost always were toxic trolls that eventually admited to cheating in Live EFT. This is equal parts BSG's fault for nurturing such community, and community not being vigilant enough to weed out these people and simply internalizing it as "Hardcore gaming behaviour".
I love long thought out comments like this. It really sucks that BSG caters to the cheaters like this. If you want to be even more angry watch my "attacked by hackers" video to see how I was harassed by cheaters. Or watch the "Interview with a cheater" series if you want to really laugh at an entitled *bad word I can't say or I get banned*
I don't cheat and I found violet and redkeycard in about 2600 hours. The red keycard was on customs I didn't even know it was possible lol, violet on woods in the car at checkpoint. I also found yellow when it was bad on bosses.
Its out of control right now. Only my third wipe, but the last 2 wipes I have not really worried about it that much. Goat's video basically confirmed what I already knew and I just kept playing. But the last week has been ridiculous on OCE servers. You are basically wasting your time trying to play your PMC, you will get clapped from across the map within seconds of entering. They know where you are, which way you are facing and there is nowhere to run or hide. I am just scavving for now, but it sux so bad not to be able to play and enjoy this game.
Around 2019, I actually cheated on escape from tarkov, I wanted to see why do people cheat, if it's any fun, if ill be honest, at first it was kinda fun, but literally 3 hours later it was already so boring, the game gets monotonous and feels the same, ill never understand cheaters, for me cheats not only ruined fun for others, but they also ruined the fun for me
Between this and "the wiggle" it's convinced me to never play the Live version of Tarkov until a better anti-cheat is implemented. Single Player Tarkov is where it's at.
The finals have same issue now, at least 4 of 9 players using wallhack and aimbot, and devs just banning and ignoring everyone who sending reports directly or trough game, thats sucks so much, game is dead before proper release
I can see where Pestily is coming from as someone who can play NA servers, OCE and some Asian servers; I tend to spend most my time on NA servers when I can. OCE is particularly bad for cheaters as the community for Tarkov is quite small here, it can get quite sweaty, then children or "losers" will look to get every single advantage they can, by downloading cheating software. On top of that, OCE seems to be flooded with Chinese cheaters and economic cheaters, whereby people are employed by a company to cheat or are as individuals cheating e.g. "carries" as income. Not saying it's right... but it tends to be a real issue in OCE.
I keep getting confirmation that Pestily is correct. All I can do now is retire my rebuttal. Thank you for taking your time to give an intuitive comment. I really appreciate comments like this 😊
It was naive to say cheating isnt worse in other areas of the world. Cheats provide income, via RMT/RWT, for people who would otherwise be living of pennies a day. Its not always about the 'I'm bad' aspect when it comes to cheating. Sometimes, as sad as it is to say, its a way for people to feed their families in third world countries. Same reason why India is notorious for being the call scam center capital of the world.
@@Diss3mbled i am also from the OCE community in NSW Australia. the cheating here is rampant. cheaters from asia are slightly closer to us therefore will use vpn methods if no other methods are available to get in contact with our regions. they bot accounts. mass scale. companies in china are actually setup legally there to cheat over here despite their no cheating laws. that is the loophole they employ to get around restrictions. this game is a mainstay compared to other games. this is why cheating is huge in australia. has nothing to do with australians typically. has everything to do with our neighbors and their geographic interests. sorry mate this country has got problems in the online sphere. a good example is when pestily zoomed in on how many of the cheaters were on shoreline. the people saying this is a bug while true are actually wrong in this particular case. shoreline is actually the MAIN place where cheaters go. they go there more than labs. the reason people dont buy this is because labs is smaller and designed for fighting in mind. shoreline players can genuinely never come across a cheater despite cheaters existing in the maps. so basically shoreline has the highest drop rate of rare keycards along with higher value tech and valuables loot of any other map. for a cheater this is a no brainer.......especially oh i dunno a big mass scale company who works in asia employing mass of people to bot accounts and RMT traffic their goods of high priority to any and all players to make a killing off of. yeah i dont need proof here. the incentive is clear as day. the incentive is proof enough. THEY ARE DOING THIS. sorry pal
Holy shit! You are great as community to bring this out "CHEATERS" ARE NOT "HACKERS". I hate when people saying "hacking" Hacking refers to an a person, group or organization who either A) Steals Money B) Sabotage System for many different reason but mostly Political and Geographical.
Hi, I am a game developer and the reason that loot is pre-loaded before a match is so that the server can authenticate it. If it were random instances then there would be no way for the server to properly keep track of what items should exist in the map at any given time. The server would also have to update every client when an item is generated, and then keep a list of generated items and use that to algorithmically decide the next item to spawn and that's a lot of unnecessary work that doesn't give any advantage over pre-loading. If they used seeded randomization, then the server would have to know the seed and give the seed to every client, so cheat software could just build the list out of the seed anyway. And no, having a few hundred items spawned in doesn't really have an impact on modern hardware, if anything its actually more optimized because its just a bunch of static objects.
I agree with the fact that preloading loot is probably more efficient, I don't understand why it's known to the client? This just seems like really lazy engineering, just pass some object with a list of loot when a storage container is interacted with.
hit the nail on the head with this one lol. the Tarkov community's cheaters are the most shameless users of the cheats in all honesty. it would be great if bsg could focus more on optimization and cheating before trying to throw content in the game imo. great video broski
Nah they’d rather spend the whole wipe ruining lighthouse rotations for a trash dlc that 1 percent of 1 percent of players actually progress enough to use
I feel like it's a lose lose situation for the team that has to work on cheating/optimization.. because if the development team is pushing out patches and updates and new items here and ther.. the other team has to constantly change their anticheat software and make sure certain grenades added don't have too much smoke or too high of an explosion graphic.. idk this is just a gaming stoner trying to piece things together.@@minimushrom
last wipe i steamrolled several cheaters on labs because most of them used shit ammo and had no extra ammo and because i used a altyn and fort 5 armor they couldnt do anything xd
OCE player here (100% legit, even played in two OCE tournaments), who has done a ton of talks to cheaters and discussed with people who sell cheats, there’s actually a lot of incentive for SEA region cheaters to come to Australia. I’ll pinpoint the main three: Lower player count, cultural differences cause more anger from OCE players and we have a large RMT market. Morbid curiosity really put our region in perspective. We are far too close to other regions with larger player populations. Whilst we may not have “more” cheaters, we have a higher density because of our smaller player pool. You’ll be more likely to find a cheater in OCE than another region on average.
there are some flaws in the video at 1:30 , nower days it is actually very easy for someone who can programm and understand computers to build his own cheats which will work on games like valorant. All you need is a little time, like a week or 2, a DMA card and a raspberry PI/arduino. vanguard can not detect a spoofed DMA card accesing the memory (reading enemy positions and display them on the map or through the wall). All the anti cheat part runs as a process on the CPU but the DMA card can acces the memory directly without asking the cpu, meaning your anti cheat will not notice that the DMA card is reading enemy positions out of the memory. Especially since you spoofed the DMA card so your pc think it is not a DMA card but a different component. You dont need to be a "rogue badass developer" to build undetectable cheats, just a noob/average programmer.
Yeah I hate this video.... I said a ton of controversial and incorrect things I wish I had not. I was trying to bait comments. Now, I was successful, but my bias ruined the final product. I want to do much better in the future. I am still learning.
The few people I know in real life that actually used sheets are absolutely losers. Overweight, unhappy, socially awkward and over all terrible at fps games. I truly feel people that cheat are typically every bit of the cliche you'd think they are. The people I've met online specifically in tarkov that cheat are almost always complete ass holes, their lives are clearly miserable and they want to ruin other people's days. I know that doesn't account for every type of person that cheats but I feel that it is the majority. One good thing about cheaters is that they are typically so bad at the game and have absolutely no skill whatsoever they are often fairly easy to kill. I've killed 1000s of blatant aim botters, speeders, flyers, walls etc I've lost count. From what I can see the solution is AI based anti cheat. One of the most promising companies I've seen in the space is any brain. I've actually had a pretty lengthy conversation with one of their developers who was willing to talk with me. Clearly he couldn't tell me any real details because as far as he knew I was a cheat provider trying to get Intel. But from what I can see once this type of software is main stream (it's rapidly trending that direction) cheating will take a massive blow. Their really isn't an answer to AI anti cheat if you fully understand how it operates.
You are preaching to the choir brother 💯 I hope you are right I desperately hope cheating gets better in games. Thank you for putting your time and effort into such a thought provoking comment.
@@daggore1606 that's a very good and important question. Any brain anti-cheat is 99.99% accurate. In the event of a false fan you can do a rapid review process and if you actually weren't cheating you will be immediately unbanned. Basically to put it in very simple terms is able to determine the difference from human input (ie legit game play) from cheating (ai, software or hardware based cheats) Like the way to and I can tell the difference between and 🍎 and 🐴 its nearly impossible for the anti cheat to think a legit player is cheating.
I usually voip cheaters and tell them shit like "how big does it grow?" or "I know your parents beat you, just rope yourself instead of making other people miserable". Those are my go tos if I don't feel like trying to fight them and just want to get a quick report.
The main issue is 2k hours in tarkov. Died to someone sus. Gun down looting in backpack animation. I reported. Found out it's a new bug and we can recreate it (it's client side not server) so even vets arnt sure 100% of the time if it's cheats bc how buggy the game can get unless they rage hack.
the fact that people continue to CHOOSE to play tarkov even knowing how bad the cheating situation is, just proves how GOOD a game tarkov is and can be. I really hope eventually they can fix their issues but at this point I feel like its a lost cause. I enjoy it as much as I can, ignorance is bliss sort of situation. Source -multi-wipe Kappa enjoyer
They get banned and then buy a new game license. It's the same issue games like WoW and RS have. Since there is no subscription in this game, it's a better business decision to allow the cheating scene to go unchecked. It's symbiotic from a cash flow perspective. So it's a balancing act of keeping the playerbase into the franchise while not spending resources cracking down on cheating with a meaningful system. I don't think players would enjoy the "tribunal" idea as it would reinforce that the game has cheating in nearly every match. For a game that demands so much from the player it's unfortunate
What people don't tend to understand about OCE region "having more cheaters" is that we have a lower population than most regions which means games die out quicker leaving only those that are higher skilled raising the average skill level making entry for new players incredibly difficult. I'd imagine most of those that choose to cheat in a game in oce feel they cannot compete with players who have thousands of hours playing legit against more skilled players. What pestily is saying with OCE having more cheaters in tarkov I believe is true, especially considering he has played in more regions than just OCE so has firsthand experience to compare the two regions.
10k+ hours in cod, 5k in tarkov, 3k in rust, 2k in csgo i just know when people are cheating now and it really has just been getting worse as the years go on.
ive seen speed cheats a lot more recently, and no its not just me being lower level its people running at twice the normal speed and operating at insane speeds.
I have dabbled in cheat and game development for fun, and I'm a backend developer by trade. And I can tell you that a lot of whats possible in tarkov shouldn't be possible with a proper server authoritative structure. Speedhacking, flying, teleport, firerate increase or godmode shouldn't be possible. These things all work by the game client telling (or tricking) the server what to do, by forging network packets or doing similar techniques. This should not be possible. The server should be the authority and only process valid data and actions, telling the client what to display, not the other way around. Also, as much information about the game state should be kept privately on the server, and should only be streamed to the client when necessary. Player positions for example would only have to be sent when the player is in proximity to the other player, making wallhacks less effective. Other things in the game logic, like spawning items, as you pointed out, could be designed in ways where it isn't so easy for cheaters to cheat, or at least could be made in a way where the information about the items isn't sent to all game clients for the whole map. The loot could be pre-generated, but the information is only sent to the client when actually looting the container. This applies to almost every piece of data, like player names, K/D's etc. there is no reason why my game client has any information like K/D or other things about other playes on the map. BSG does A LOT of rookie mistakes, these mistakes are probably deeply ingrained in the codebase and are hard to fix by now.
I am not reading this. I usually read all the comments in their entirety. I am not reading a comment from a cheater who may or may not be pretending to be a game developer like 90% of all people who use cheating software.
@@Diss3mbled If you've read my comment you'd know that I'm not pretending to be a dev. I have never used what I wrote. I just tried to give some technical insight on the topic, and point BSG's sloppys work out. I couldn't care less of what you think of me.
@@Diss3mbled as a anticheat developer hes completely right and def knows what hes talking about but i guess bsg is too lazy to implement these checks anticheats are too focused on detecting cheat software rather than fixing these exploits
@@fartful They would probably have to rewrite a lot of things, which could have an insane amount of side effects, not an easy task. Especially since unit-tests and integration tests are very uncommon in the gaming industry. But the current state is not acceptable.
OCE has always had the worst cheating problem, don't get me wrong they're everywhere but for as long as i can remember its always been infested with hacker on most games.
It's a cultural thing, to an extent. Their parents and the society they live in pressures them, they are expected to score good in exams and overall be achieving. Nobody really cares if they cheated they way in, all that matters is their position. It's easy to disregard all the cheaters as loosers and think that's why they cheat, but usually, it's just people with unhealthy level of competitiveness. Don't get me wrong - that's not to excuse such behavior. But you don't get to understand why people cheat by just despising them.
Cheaters ARE more prevelant in asian regions, it's a fact. There are economical reasons etc bla bla... It's not because they are asian, it's the region and their economical situation. Do you know what normal person in Vietnam makes? Fuck nuts almost nothing. But RMT makes insane money in that comparison.
The “thermal” cheat sounds like a different term for chams, which are especially good for legit cheating since they just make your character very colourful. You can’t see them through walls, but because they’re so bright you can spot enemies much quicker.
I don’t think you should let cheaters in a game ruin your wipe or fun. That is letting them win. Something to think about as well, yes half of Pestilys deaths are to cheaters…but he is a legend at the game and doesn’t die very often meaning this isn’t a good example for the average player. You can’t say the average player dies to cheaters 50% of the time it’s just not accurate. I’ve also heard a lot that most cheaters don’t even try to kill other players, just quest and loot and avoid players. As far as key cards, I’ve never used cheats and I’ve been able to find a handful and so has my friend group. I feel like cheaters in a game is a great excuse for most people to show negativity towards a game, but it’s all perspective. I’m level 33 for this wipe and have MAYBE died to a cheater twice at most. The data is skewed and bringing attention of it to new players just makes the game look bad.
I play very little early wipe for seemingly countless reasons. The cheating problem is the cherry on top. Thank you for commenting! I appreciate it mate 🙏
Great way to show that you didn't watch "The Wiggle That Killed Tarkov". Came to the conclusion that at least 60% of raids contained one cheater (Almost always ESP, not aimbot.) The data is there as actual valid proof that there is way too many cheaters, and you've probably died to people using ESP more than twice, but because you can't actually tell, you wouldn't know. You also can't cherry pick what numbers you want to use and say that they don't apply to the average player when they 100% will apply, anecdotal evidence =/= concrete evidence in your case, people who go into the raid and see who is cheating have concrete evidence; like g0at for example: 125 raids with 60% of them having someone using ESP, not aimbot, not flyhacks, not invincibility, ESP, are some of these players avoiding others? Yes, but they are still cheaters, you do not get preferential treatment for cheating, you are still scum, you are still bad at the game, that will not change. Now, go watch said video, and see actual concrete proof that people do in fact cheat way more often than you think, but I can only assume your response is going to be "I only died to cheaters twice, therefore any actual evidence people point me at is fake."
I have been growing like crazy recently. I have been consistently uploading for 3 years. It feels nice to finally start receiving a viewership. Comments like this really make my day. Thank you for watching, it means the world.
@@Diss3mbledI’m just curious about all this misinformation you’re spreading i litteraly raged on my main account for 3 weeks with speed hack and ltw and slamming everyone on labs and no ban, the thermal vision is just using your brain, most cheats have force day, custom night changer or ambient night (basically bright night / night mode) but why be in the dark when you have a cheat
@@KA-vs7nl game is amazing... there's legit no other FPS that even comes close to providing the level of satisfaction that Tarkov does during snipes or full blown CQC fire fights. Master movement firstand foremost... then worry about everything else... maybe understand ammo second. Nades, aggressive play styles, and sandwich flanks all work pretty well.
@@KA-vs7nl It is a good game but I would monitor it before you buy to see if the cheaters do step it down a notch. Something has to happen because BSG is losing players rapidly and I'm one of them. With only 700 or so hours in the game I'd say its worth it but just keep tabs on it

Practice makes perfect, and perfecting your skill in a game is a million times more enjoyable than ruining everyone's fun. Have the integrity to play fair. Don't do it for anyone else. Do it for yourself.
I remember learning about "legit cheating" about 4 years ago, I was baffled, now it feels like a more common phrase, to the point people think I cheat lmao
i don't think it's duplicating your reports, it says 26 other reports for example, might just be you and 26 other players that have reported this specific account for cheating.
As someone from OCE it's a matter of pure player base numbers. Start of the wipe is the busiest time, then the last two months of wipe the servers can get so dead at peak times that you would be lucky to find one more pmc in your raid. I get your point about cheaters being dumb, but it's really a numbers game over here. Add in the fact that not everyone in this region can Vpn or has decent enough ping to play on any other servers (our internet over here is notoriously bad) and it's a gg midway through wipe. Anecdotally speaking when my mates are over how bad it is over here i stop playing. Otherwise fantastic video homie, looking forward to see what other stuff you are working on.
videos explaining how to increase your chances of survival against cheaters in tarkov due to how many there are is a well deserved middle-finger to BSG the fact that there's an audience for these types of videos (and the fact that they're being created in the first place) would get any rational person motivated to fix the issue, but at this point, it really seems like BSG is just incapable of implementing even the simplest of roadblocks to prevent cheating. that or they're delusional with their priorities
i like you play alot of maps with keycard spawns, (woods, labs and snoreline) I check the spots always. Got my first one 2 days ago at exactly 2984 hours @@Diss3mbled
I also got a message saying my reports got an absurd amount of people banned... Only problem is I had never played labs this wipe and apparently I had reported 10+ people on Labs. It's a well known glitch, Pestily knows this and he refuses to acknowledge it because controversy is content and a lot of other large names continue to play into it as if they aren't aware of the glitch.
People just call it a glitch/bug without knowing if it really is a bug. That's just dumb. Most likely it just means that the cheaters either got banned based on those games or that you have for example met the cheater that many times in raid. Or are you telling me that there is a bug that gives a random number of successful reports for every player? 😂 That's not how bugs work
the fact that the game is so busted that you can abuse peekers advantage to literally get an advantage OVER CHEATERS and beat them probably isnt a good thing... i wonder how much shit like that + desync + broken audio + hitreg etc etc leads people to feel like they need to cheat just to stand a chance against the games bullshit.
I'm not gonna lie this happens to me , maybe 1 in 10 raids on dorms I peak then hide and fall from New York city into fucking PARIS , my body literally clears the middle of the bathroom, my head sits on the 3rd stall killed from the farthest corner of the hallway, how the fuck does he headshot me when I'm already in the bathroom on my screen? Imo at most he should see elbow and toes if he is 20 meters away from me, doesn't help that he has PK 06 sight on expensive ass HK on a night raid, makes you wonder if it was really desync or if he just bullet bended a little. Would still be nice to at least HEAR BSG saying, well we know it's a problem and we are working to fix it, I think it would be easier to fuck my favourite gay p0rnstar than to hear BSG say something like this.
Also, 11:20 you'd get headeyes and he wouldn't have even hit your arms. Looks more like desync. Doubt that it is intentional. You just talked about desync too which is making me realize that this entire video might be satire lmao.
The video is not satirical. I am new to this whole UA-cam thing. I am still trying to learn how to edit, make scripts, outlines, titles, and thumbnails. I understand my content is nowhere near the quality I want it to be.
just report everyone you die to and you will be able to coun't how many cheaters you've died to that have been banned due to the notifications thats prolly what pestily did
In other games people have a sort of report reputation. The higher your report to ban ratio is the higher chance your report is viewed. Dunno about Tarkov.
@@Diss3mbled yes EFT does track your account's reporting history. If you continually submit low quality inaccurate reports, your future reports will be filed straight into the trash can, Nikita has confirmed and stated this in several different ways over the past few years since they added the "report player" button in-game.
I have 2200 hours, and the only keycard I've ever found(outside of white/standard) was on Sanitar's body after I killed him. I've never seen a green, yellow, red, or black, with my own PMCs eyes. Someone I played with for half of those hours found two at the Woods lumber spawn at the beginning of this wipe. Shortly after, we realized he had started cheating.
generating loot actively when the box is opened is way rougher on the server end than preloading it before the raid. It would require a server interaction for every player opening every crate, generating every loot they find multiplied by the number of players in the raid itself. Would just create massive problems.
you cold preload it server side and only send it to clients when they're searching those boxes, that way you prevent that type of cheating without needing a lot of resources from the servers
@@idkbut..7434 that's already how it works, thats why you get the "searching" in tarkov, but problem is that the memory from the server already contains the information of the loot in the box, so they already know whats in it. This post was 10 months ago, so I'm assuming that's what I was talking about.
@@EladOSRS the thing is I've seen videos where people esp objects inside of crates, which is only possible if they are loaded on client, the client recieves the seed or there is no server side verifications before sending to the client what's in a crate
@@idkbut..7434 what? thats not how things work at all. Let alone basic networking, if the data is already preloaded into the server the client already has access to that information on the backend, even if YOU don't see it, your game is pulling data from the server that its hosted on, in that server is where the information is stored. Almost nothing besides graphics is done client side in tarkov lol.
@@EladOSRS wtf no. Having it preloaded on the server doesnt mean the client has access, you can configure the server to only send that information if certain requirements are true (ie, the position of the player is closer than 2m to the crate).

Of my 8 hour shift I spent a few hours in my stash, several hours doing scav runs, and then I would do PMC runs for the rest of the day. I had an unhealthy obsession with the game. This obsession was due mostly because my UA-cam channel was finally getting a viewership after 2 years of uploading consistently. On top of all that the wipe I was referring to lasted 7-8 months. I was level 69 at the end of the wipe (but basically level 68 because the end wipe events made me fly up a level.) In this video I said a ton of controversial and incorrect things I wish I had not. I was trying to bait comments. Now I was successful, but my bias ruined the final product. I want to do much better in the future. I am still learning.
@@Diss3mbled honestly, that explanation makes complete sense. My apologies. You are a wonderful content creator. Some days we are more crabby and nitpicky than others, so that’s on me. 🖤
The cheating epidemic in CSGO is so abd now since they turned off overwatch, i have gone from global elite to silver elite in just some months. Most cheaters do it because it gives them a power rush, its not about pretending to be good or "trolling" it makes them feel powerful and in control.
@@Diss3mbled most cheaters are rmting so they make money for selling items for real currency to players who buy said items so they dont have to grind for them

As much as I dislike cheaters, I'm quite certain you're heavily misrepresenting them through bad research. Yes, they objectively hurt the experience for everybody else involved, and definitely have a skewed moral compass, but this is not to say that they're all bad mechanically, and that they happen to also* be complete morons, and that they also* happen to be a-social losers. I think you cherrypicking these clips to push the videos narrative to this degree is working against your case. If I were you, I'd spend some time researching first hand how they operate on their community forums and discords, rather than 3rd party analysis on youtube.
@@Diss3mbled Them cheating because they are good (?) is not at all point I just wrote. You're painting the narrative far too black/white. You're misidentifying the actual reason cheaters cheat, and draw unfounded assumptions around your miscreated premise. I've played tarkov for many many years, met cheaters, met boosters, met every subset of these players. Fundamentally, Tarkov is a game riddled to its core by RMT. Knowing this, making the assumption that people cheat because they need to level the playing field due to bad mechanical foundations doesnt quite hold its ground here for the vast majority of cheaters. It's more of a want rather than a need in their case, their want to generate as many roubles as possible to pass off to the next buyer. Their skill is never in the equation for them picking up cheats to begin with. Most of the cheaters in tarkov exist in the early wipe - nearly all of these RMT related. Villainizing cheaters is all well and good, but when you draw wildly inaccurate conclusions it'll only help to legitimize them.
As someone who used to exclusively play on US West in Tarkov, I can't stand that server anymore... I've moved on to North America Northeast/Southeast, and while my ping is consistently around 100m/s, I'm finding my gunfights feel more natural. I feel bad especially for all the OCE players in Tarkov, their server must be plagued with cheaters
Actually, tbh, sometimes cheaters just wanna fuck around. the world of exploiting is deep and interesting. Lot of weirdos there, lot of smart people too
Tbh, the world of exploiting also gets involved in drugs real fast. People spend hours testing developing and selling cheats because so many times they're either buying drugs with it or they're funding slightly larger scale drug distribution networks. Especially when it comes to stuff like server side exploits, or firmware exploits. A lot of this stuff comes about as bounties, and there are a LOT of stimulant addicts in the blackhat coder scene. @@Diss3mbled
I'm late to this video, but it doesn't matter. Cheating in tarkov is still very very prevalent and i've realized BSG isn't going to do anything about it because it's their main stream of revenue. Cheat dev buys eft account, cheat dev loads cheat onto said account (idk how it works tbh) no skill shitter buys account, plays/cheats for a couple weeks, gets banned, the cycle repeats. If BSG actually cared about their game and their community, cheating would've been eradicated for the most part years ago. But i'm still going to play it.
Certainly not in my experience. There was at minimum 1 spinbot cheater every other game. It made it unbearable. I have not played CS2, I would hope it is better. I have not played the game in years though.
When I hear someone describe cheaters as individuals who lack motivation for self improvement In real life, it often comes to me as if they're suggesting a unwillingness to explore the world outside. When you're trying to encourage someone who is resistant to being legit, it's akin to asking them to let go of touching grass
So I got to question a cheater the other day on streets. Saw him speed hack towards me and my buddy and he instant killed my boy. I got to talk my way out of death and ask him questions. He said he does it for fun and likes people’s reactions. He said he gets banned almost every day or three. He buys a spoofer so he can’t get hardware banned. He doesn’t care about banned accounts bc he said he can buy “cracked” accounts or “uncracked” accounts. For around $5 or more depending on lvl and stuff. But he said he has the whole setup. Never asked about the cheats itself besides what he can do. But he was lvl 12 with a raid bag, walked out of streets passing like 5 u looted pmcs that he had killed. His name was banedover200tim or something like that. I have a clip of most of the conv (only had 5mins clips on), I can post it if people would like to hear.
I appreciate your comment and dedication to my content. I am not doing another cheating video for the foreseeable future. I would love to see the clip. Feel free to post it in the spam and memes section of my discord. Or you can even join the discord and direct message me.

i’m pretty sure there’s something like a raid code for tarkov where the raid is kinda recorded like not on video but actions and people who’ve joined but def still needs improvements
I have stopped playing almost entirely. After reading this I am only happy I have discontinued.
I am an adult loser with no friends and I still don't resort to cheating.

as an oceanic player, what pestily ment is we have a much lower population of players so running into the same person is high(with his report bug that adds weight to the statement) cheaters feel common very map/time specific for us. as a side note i commonly fight players i have killed or died to i doubt that is as common in US
It happens on NA west.
Constantly taking turns killing each other and collecting their dog tags
na west is NOT a smal server for fuck sake, oce has like max 200 players and more like 30
Here is a fun fact, many cheats can actually detect the value of items you have on your character in a match.
Tried shoreline night, except 1 raid i got inediatly deleted at spawn in less a minute. All with good gear. I never get to use the good gear.
they didnt have to do this before marked room changes and found in-raid status. they disguised it as the combatant to hatchet runners as if they were worse than cheaters lmao. its insane. cheaters HAVE to kill you now. if theyre being paid to run through raids for certain items, they kill anyone getting close to marked rooms or anyone getting remotely close to them. if theyre playing to get leveled and fast roubles to sell loaded accounts, they will kill anything and grab best inslot out of the whole raid as long as theyre not stretch the band too far by wiping the whole lobby and getting banned on an account theyre trying to resell (they buy accounts cheap from people that sell hacked-into accounts in bulk). the most prevelent and used cheats are made by a BSG employee and they love to advertise it as so, and that theyre 'undetected' for so many years. its corrupt as gaming gets with BSG.
Cheaters are way worse in Oceania. We had to deal with the Chinese.
At this point, I am convinced BSG made this game specifically for cheaters and that they will never solve the ''issues'' this game has.

Definitely think they sell and develop cheats on the side. Ever notice after ban waves how the game goes on sale shortly after
As someone who HAS cheated in tarkov in the past I can confidently say you have atleast one ESP user per raid.
I hope this is true and you got legit
I wanna take a second to mention SPT-AKI.
It is a client for Tarkov that transforms the game into a single player experience. When dealing with cheats we should take good care to not attack mods like this.
They are cheating, but it’s in a closed environment where only you and AI PMCs and NPCs are the only people there.
Most mods for SPT-AKI are really good aswell, for example adding traders, adding new items, fixing the horrible lighting, removing inertia, or even making the game even harder.
yep, cheaters are killing the game, so why shouldn't we kill the game also? Great logic, retard
And you can even play it coop with friends these days.

I agree with General Sam here; add the Dread Hunger end of match "replay" system and then also make a tribunal to let players help with reports. Once that's in, make an almighty super intrusive anti-cheat system. Boom, done.
general sam is cancer.
Intrusive antichest doesn't work and has vulnerability, even better is new ai software that can fectect cheats up to 99 percent accurate
Tarkov version of "Come to Brazil"
So you playing because you want fun? Or because you want to be the better? Thats the cheaters mentality, they want recognition

@Kaffiene making cheats isnt that hard to learn rather reverse engineering modern anticheats and trying to come up with bypasses for the anticheat
I doubt they care what you call them
Tarkov is a special case because.
I do not give them credit generally, it is much much harder to make your own game. I see what you mean though.

And they lurk in stupid "private," forums or Discord servers with a lot of verification process and a "trust period."

the problem is that BSG just doesnt give a shit.
His answer? "Oh, i like cheating and ruining people's day."
I cant stress this enough - whenever someone came into SPT server supporting BSG, they almost always were toxic trolls that eventually admited to cheating in Live EFT.

@@al6r725 for sure we get a lot of those "economic cheaters" on OCE and Asian servers :(
@@Diss3mbled i am also from the OCE community in NSW Australia. the cheating here is rampant. cheaters from asia are slightly closer to us therefore will use vpn methods if no other methods are available to get in contact with our regions. they bot accounts. mass scale. companies in china are actually setup legally there to cheat over here despite their no cheating laws. that is the loophole they employ to get around restrictions. this game is a mainstay compared to other games. this is why cheating is huge in australia. has nothing to do with australians typically. has everything to do with our neighbors and their geographic interests. sorry mate this country has got problems in the online sphere. a good example is when pestily zoomed in on how many of the cheaters were on shoreline. the people saying this is a bug while true are actually wrong in this particular case. shoreline is actually the MAIN place where cheaters go. they go there more than labs. the reason people dont buy this is because labs is smaller and designed for fighting in mind. shoreline players can genuinely never come across a cheater despite cheaters existing in the maps. so basically shoreline has the highest drop rate of rare keycards along with higher value tech and valuables loot of any other map. for a cheater this is a no brainer.......especially oh i dunno a big mass scale company who works in asia employing mass of people to bot accounts and RMT traffic their goods of high priority to any and all players to make a killing off of. yeah i dont need proof here. the incentive is clear as day. the incentive is proof enough.
I was hoping someone would explain why they do this. So thank you.
I agree with the fact that preloading loot is probably more efficient, I don't understand why it's known to the client? This just seems like really lazy engineering, just pass some object with a list of loot when a storage container is interacted with.
Then just load the items below the map and then redistribute them once someone enters the vicinity of a loot spawn?
Very good point, way too many things are being sent to the client@@tomtravis858

It's two different teams, to be fair. But then, what is the team doing that is supposed to address optimization and cheating?
Nah they’d rather spend the whole wipe ruining lighthouse rotations for a trash dlc that 1 percent of 1 percent of players actually progress enough to use
I feel like it's a lose lose situation for the team that has to work on cheating/optimization.. because if the development team is pushing out patches and updates and new items here and ther.. the other team has to constantly change their anticheat software and make sure certain grenades added don't have too much smoke or too high of an explosion graphic.. idk this is just a gaming stoner trying to piece things together.@@minimushrom

You’ll be more likely to find a cheater in OCE than another region on average.
also australia was a prison island so more likely to cheat tbh LOL
there are some flaws in the video at 1:30 , nower days it is actually very easy for someone who can programm and understand computers to build his own cheats which will work on games like valorant.
Their really isn't an answer to AI anti cheat if you fully understand how it operates.
how can we be sure false bans wont take place? are the AI patterns that accurate?

roblox developers gonna be having PTSD
Sad part is that a lot of cheaters go unbanned
Cheating could be a crime irl...
I wish dude
how about russia
10k+ hours in cod, 5k in tarkov, 3k in rust, 2k in csgo i just know when people are cheating now and it really has just been getting worse as the years go on.
ive seen speed cheats a lot more recently, and no its not just me being lower level its people running at twice the normal speed and operating at insane speeds.
Not going to lie man, early wipe is just not for me. All this info from this video is mostly from the last wipe.
Thank you for your comment!!!
@@Diss3mbled i agree but the reason i dont really like early wipe is because im garbage
Gotcha.
I have no ability to even play on that server. All I can do is just feel bad for you guys.
I was very surprised after clicking off the video to see you only have 2k subs, I was fully expecting around 100k for that quality
Wow thanks man! That means a lot!!
I understand that I am incorrect.
The “thermal” cheat sounds like a different term for chams, which are especially good for legit cheating since they just make your character very colourful. You can’t see them through walls, but because they’re so bright you can spot enemies much quicker.
Yes it means people light up when you can hit them with your bullets in Tarkov.
I appreciate it mate 🙏
you have died to a cheater more than twice i promise😂
Great way to show that you didn't watch "The Wiggle That Killed Tarkov". Came to the conclusion that at least 60% of raids contained one cheater (Almost always ESP, not aimbot.)
The data is there as actual valid proof that there is way too many cheaters, and you've probably died to people using ESP more than twice, but because you can't actually tell, you wouldn't know. You also can't cherry pick what numbers you want to use and say that they don't apply to the average player when they 100% will apply, anecdotal evidence =/= concrete evidence in your case, people who go into the raid and see who is cheating have concrete evidence; like g0at for example:
125 raids with 60% of them having someone using ESP, not aimbot, not flyhacks, not invincibility, ESP, are some of these players avoiding others? Yes, but they are still cheaters, you do not get preferential treatment for cheating, you are still scum, you are still bad at the game, that will not change.
Now, go watch said video, and see actual concrete proof that people do in fact cheat way more often than you think, but I can only assume your response is going to be "I only died to cheaters twice, therefore any actual evidence people point me at is fake."

I remember learning about "legit cheating" about 4 years ago, I was baffled, now it feels like a more common phrase, to the point people think I cheat lmao
I had a similar report to pestily it duplicated my custom report like 20 times and I reported 37 times so overall 17 were actually cheating
Yeah apparently it is simply a glitch.
i don't think it's duplicating your reports, it says 26 other reports for example, might just be you and 26 other players that have reported this specific account for cheating.
Otherwise fantastic video homie, looking forward to see what other stuff you are working on.
videos explaining how to increase your chances of survival against cheaters in tarkov due to how many there are is a well deserved middle-finger to BSG
the fact that there's an audience for these types of videos (and the fact that they're being created in the first place) would get any rational person motivated to fix the issue, but at this point, it really seems like BSG is just incapable of implementing even the simplest of roadblocks to prevent cheating.

It's a well known glitch, Pestily knows this and he refuses to acknowledge it because controversy is content and a lot of other large names continue to play into it as if they aren't aware of the glitch.
Thank you. That is good to know.
People just call it a glitch/bug without knowing if it really is a bug. That's just dumb. Most likely it just means that the cheaters either got banned based on those games or that you have for example met the cheater that many times in raid. Or are you telling me that there is a bug that gives a random number of successful reports for every player? 😂 That's not how bugs work
@@philosophist9562 Its literally a glitch with the system message feature. Its exactly how it works. Dont be silly.
the fact that the game is so busted that you can abuse peekers advantage to literally get an advantage OVER CHEATERS and beat them probably isnt a good thing... i wonder how much shit like that + desync + broken audio + hitreg etc etc leads people to feel like they need to cheat just to stand a chance against the games bullshit.

I'm late to this video, but it doesn't matter. Cheating in tarkov is still very very prevalent and i've realized BSG isn't going to do anything about it because it's their main stream of revenue.
