yes the talk like this is good but its all talk we don't know when it happen or it will be ever happen devs don't give date to implement something player just wait and wait and wait and wait until it happen
Should we expect an update for the corrupted dungeon? After the release of the mists, finding pvp at the Slayer t8 level has become difficult, the mode literally died 😢and pvp content can only be obtained in t6 cd. This was good content MAKE CD GREAT AGAIN PLEASE🙏
Hey @LizardMSK, as @fedlon said, I'm pretty certain the matchmaking looks for Anyone in your chosen difficulty. I.e. Stalker will get Anyone from T6-T8 who has chosen to queue into a Stalker dungeon. Similarly, Slayer will get Anyone from T6-T8 who has chosen to queue into a Slayer dungeon. If what you're trying to say is that Stalker is populated (the one with the lower IP, chest rewards and fame) and Slayer is unpopulated (the one with higher IP, therefore more risk but also higher chest rewards and fame) then I think that's a fair statement. Stalker often times feels like farming noobs for the great reward of half a 150k build and Slayer feels like you're going to come across a 300ip diff meta build lol. Not much in the middle. I think one possible solution would be a version of Corrupted Dungeons set at a certain IP cap where it only takes your base item IP in to account. This would mean that high spec players wouldn't be able to buy a 100k set for Stalker dungeons and put everyone on an even playing field (ignoring awakened items).
His point was that doing CD is tiring not only doing it.. But you have to roam around Red/Black Zone just to get into it. 5-10 Minutes is enough to get you bored. Just integrate CD into Mist/Caerleon/Cities to get to the meat immediately
Thank you for hearing our voices! About the question for timestamp 8:43, the first question meaning "will there be farming fame that will be displayed in our stats?" since there is an achievement to harvest 1m worth of fame from farming and we do not have chance to track it
I miss the old large scale events that albion had. Like the avalonian invasion to caerleon, or that "temples" that you can find in the open world for guilds that won the season or did something special. I miss this interaction between the game and the players where you felt like you really can change or make a difference in the game.
That's really cool. It brings this feeling to everyone in the guild who fought for a prominent place. There's a lot of that missing from Albion. We fought for Crystal Mounts and a beautiful statue in the city, nowadays I don't even know why we fight ZvZ.
I would love to see more videos where you actually get cooked. It would be enjoyable to watch you lose, not only win and win. Also, you could put your funny captions (the descriptions you give of the fights) on screen instead of the UA-cam section bars - because one has to do mouse over each time, to read them.
Is it possible to add new content like it was with the Avalonian invasion in Carleon? Where you will be attacked by waves of monsters or even other groups of players periodically. You can add a system of accumulating buffs there so that the more waves of mobs you kill, the more buffs you get. And in general it would be cool to see more substantial events like the donkey race with traps or the Avalonian invasion. Now the events have become the same and boring
Greetings DEVS!I have some questions and humble recommendations and I already apologize for the lengthy. First of all continuing with this last video and the topic of slots in inventory I think the focus It should be on the saddles and not on the backpacks. I think it is somewhat useless than for example a Husky or a Morgana Raven have the same amount as a Mamuth so maybe separate the mounts in Speed, weight etc. However, my personal request would be that you please allow us to hide some tools in the inventory such as weapons and armor, not all of them, I would not like to exaggerate but at least 3, the 3 resources for each map we have. Second, since in this video we talk about the transfer of things between servers ... will we have a Latin American server? Third, I would not like to return to the same topic, but a temporary solution on the subject of naval battles would be at least start using them as a form of transportation to invade guild islands, this has been done in some games in different ways eg in stormfall or grim souls and I find it quite fun that you could choose whether or not to allow those raids. I am finishing so as not to be so annoying 2 very personal and capricious orders: DRAGONES PLEASE! I think the lore of the game is perfect for it and they could look different, fire, ice, poison etc and be used both in pvp zvz and in other activities. Finally A mount between the elite bear and the mammoth would be fantastic, my subs usually ask for a jaja transport rhino A hug to all Alchemists in online albion from Argentina
I would like: 1 - A skin for Direwolf as the mist's wolfs T6. I'm in love with that mob design. 2 - Same for Direbear as the mist's bear T7. Also, gorgeous model. 3 - Mist's cougar mob seen as the Swiftclaw skin, the pale one. More "mists style", than roads or default mob model. 4 - An option on interface to remove your guild banner from capes and mounts, to you and on you as seen by other. Sometimes we are on a guild with really ugly banner. The default red and white banner would be better. 4 - I would like to be able to select some skins for related event or faction mounts: cool Direboar skins when we mostly use Spectral Boar or Faction Boar. Same for Direbear skins, when we use mostly Event or Faction ones. 5 - A button to off/on your vanity, instead of equip piece by piece again. Loadouts for vanity sets? Thank you. P.D.: Please, please, please... if I could beg for something, it would be that mist's direwolf mob model as a skin! 😭🙏💘
thank you for this format, I love listening to your explanations on the impacts that even the smallest change in the game can have, it's fascinating to see that you think about the smallest detail, I would really like to do that, thank you to the players who asked good questions, and thank you for all these detailed answers.. even if I don't play anymore I stay informed because I love Albion!
What fascinated me most when I started playing Albion Online was not having to talk to several NPCs to do Quests to evolve or being forced to do them to evolve. Albion for me was the introduction of a “real” life along with the fantasy/medieval one. BEING FREE should be the main rule of Albion.
I agree with you, we saw New World destroy itself in record time when implementing missions. I don't want that for Albion. Albion gains new players every day by not having these boring missions. What actually puts players off is the lack of PVE content, which has many repeated monsters.
@@Relhio por eso estamos los jugadores experimentados para guiar a los nuevos y utilizar los a nuestro beneficio y beneficio de el mismo por qué así estaría aprendiendo es ganar ganar.
This Q and A talk sets a great example for other game development teams. Thank you for listening to your players. 🙏 I have a question regarding the pre-organized faction content you mentioned. While I understand your vision for how the faction system should work, many players, myself included, enjoy playing in organized parties as faction warriors, and we love it. I’d like to propose adding Faction Standing to guilds, allowing us to earn more Faction Points and rewards as a guild. I believe giving faction-aligned guilds more purpose and goals would significantly boost faction activity. Thank you 🙏
Hello SBI team, I have a couple of suggestions that I think could truly enhance the experience for players, especially for gatherers. First off, I’d love to see the addition of a new mount-a species of deer that’s faster than the moose. For inspiration, consider the reindeer (caribou), which in the real world is known for being both agile and swift. Caribou have been traditionally used by Arctic tribes as pack animals. While they may not match the sheer size of a moose, they are incredibly resilient and efficient, making them ideal for transporting goods across difficult terrain. In the game, a mount like this could become a popular choice for gatherers who prioritize speed and versatility, offering them the mobility needed for quick escapes and efficient resource collection. I believe it would add a fresh dynamic for players who want a balance between agility and practicality. Secondly, I’d like to bring up a minor but noticeable inconsistency regarding the color progression of the chests in The Mist. The Common chest should ideally be white or clear, while the Uncommon chest should be green, aligning with the standard color coding used for weapon enchantments. This small change could make chest identification more intuitive, enhancing the overall experience for players navigating these zones. I genuinely believe that these suggestions could help improve the game in ways that both add new strategic elements and polish existing features. Thank you so much for considering these ideas, and I truly appreciate all the hard work that goes into making Albion such a great game. Your ongoing efforts don’t go unnoticed, and I’m excited to see how the world of Albion continues to evolve!
Roaming guards in controlled tiles: This would provide an additional layer of security for factions that hold territory, helping to enforce control while adding obstacles for enemy players attempting to invade. Allow flagging up to four zones away: Expanding the flagging radius would give players more flexibility in choosing where to engage in faction warfare, increasing overall activity in a wider range of zones.
Please add a delay of 60 seconds for when people leave a party and hit their party members. It would also be cool if there was a 3v3 arena that people can spectate where there's high risk and reward.
I would love naval battles in the game, where you can fire cannons, invade the enemy ship, steal the stuff they are transporting... It would probably be the best update since the avalonian invasion to caerleon xD
Hey Robin. About 3v3 HG, I had not once, but more than 20 times when I played with my friends in group of 3 and we had to split up cause there was no content that would interested us at that time, except HG, but we knew no one wanted to play 5v5. This is part of the reason hellgates might be a niche type of content
if you delete 5v5s from the game and make 3v3s, maybe it ll work. but right now, adding 3v3 will steal players from 2v2 and 5v5, both of which are already so low on player base that you will run against same opponents repeatedly even at lower infamy. he is right, 3v3 hgs is just not realistic.
@@albionpewpewHellgates should be reworked in general, 2v2s have terrible loot unless high inf fights and 5v5s and 10v10s are dead unless there’s really good teams on. I think part of the problem is that you need a lot of base ip to get in so it scares lower economy players, and even then, players with enough eco still don’t go because most teams in 5v5 and 10v10 are usually way better. I think 2v2 loot should be buffed, and they should reduce the base ip in 10v10 and 5v5, and add a stalker/slayer like cds
@@SJLWorld2v2 loot is pretty good if you win a lot actually And if you lower the base IP cap its gonna be just like corrupted dungeons with people going T4 flat with full specs so the loot will be far worse And adding a stalker/slayer difficulty would be useless since the playerbase in hellgates isnt big at all
@@le_grand_manitou857 5v5 ip could be lowered to t6 equivalent and it wouldn’t trash profit, plus it would be more accessible for low eco players, and having stalker/slayer wouldn’t be too much of a problem since high infamy players don’t get matched to low inf unless there’s no one else playing. If lowering ip also makes the content more accessible and more people get to play it, it would also fix the low playerbase and stalker/slayer would be more viable
@SJLWorld hgs should be reworked but for different reasons. I believe hg reworks were mentioned in a forum post somewhere, just dont know when it's coming
Grateful that you have read my comment, that shows how committed the Albion staff is to their community. I would just like to argue a little about the idea of "Guild Board", since I was not talking about a simile to the traveler's diary, but rather I was trying to propose an Activities Market, where a Claimant could post coordinate and finance the activities I talked about previously, it would be an ideal way to bring together people interested in a specific activity and the participants could also be scored so that they would enter a public rating. It would help with the control of scammers who in my personal experience make the learning curve of this great game so difficult and it would guarantee the reward of the participants when the conditions are met, thank you again for your time🙏
I agree to your answer.. HARD CORE PVE is only risky if hadn't figure it out...unlike PVP that the variable of RISK is always changing but I hope that the DEVS find a solution to this issue.. imagine a PVE that the Factor of risk always changing every time you enter a dungeon that sounds "HARD"
PVE in full loot zones is risky regardless of how experienced you are, the only non risky PVE is doing T8 solo dungeons through portal invis and waiting for the dungeon to close, and the loot you get from that is atrocious anyway, maybe 300k silver per hour. The problem is that the rewards are actually horrendous. An average of sub 10k loot for a green chest, sub 50k for a blue chest, sub 200k for a purple and sub 500k for a gold for solo content, and you would be lucky to find maybe one purple chest every hour or so. So for PVE you spend 2 hours farming to get maybe 1m loot, IF your taking out high teir sets while also doing the most efficient PVE content for silver. Or I can jump into a slayer corrupted dungeon with a 200k set and make 1m silver in 5-10 minutes by killing someone. The rewards are not even remotely close.
As the owner of the game, you cannot be more wrong about your own game. there are entire communities stood up strictly for faction. So many players play albion just for faction warfare. We have been trying to talk with you for years, and everytime it falls on deaf ears. Revert red zone to two red zone jumps to Caerleon: This would improve accessibility for players wanting to engage in red zone faction warfare and create more direct paths for conflict, encouraging more frequent encounters. Add one yellow zone tunnel between each city: Introducing unique choke points for fights would add strategic depth, allowing for intense battles without the risk of getting bombed from behind, making fights more fair and engaging. Add three castles to red zones: More castles would increase the importance of controlling territory, providing more objectives for faction warfare and drawing larger groups of players into red zone fights. Add doors to faction outposts: Adding doors would create more defense-based fights, allowing for deeper tactics and strategy as factions try to either protect or breach these outposts. Add Faction Ava Dungeons: These dungeons would introduce high-stakes content where raiding enemy cities impacts the faction leaderboard, encouraging both offensive raids and defensive dives, making faction warfare feel more impactful and competitive. The item itself would be (City) Raid Scroll. If you where to use a Thetford Raid Scroll, the interior of the dungeon would be that of a linear style thetford style dungeon, all mobs would have thetford colors and banners. Introduce a three-person battlemount: A battlemount that supports three players (pilot, debuffer, and damage dealer) would add a new layer of strategy to both faction and Black Zone battles, giving factions a unique weapon in large-scale fights. This would be a unique battlemount as it would be the only battlemount that would be accessible in both Black Zone and Faction warfare. Faction upgrades for weekly resets: A community-driven upgrade system would foster faction cooperation, giving players a sense of progression and ownership over their faction’s strength each week. Players would spend their faction points inplace of silver to upgrade their faction for the week. Faction HP: Boosts faction bosses’ and NPCs’ health, making outposts more challenging to attack. Faction Damage: Increases the damage output of faction NPCs, providing stronger defenses. Faction NPC Tier: Unlocks new passive abilities, adding more tactical diversity to faction fights. Faction NPC Units: Increases unit size, and at Tier 8, adds roaming guards across tiles, further enforcing control. If reaching a high enough tier, Catapult NPCs like what are placed in castles will be spawned in outposts to better protect the outposts. These changes would make faction warfare more strategic, engaging, and rewarding, encouraging more players to participate and creating a stronger sense of faction identity.
i think for faction u should also be able to stay factioned even after death far from ur outpost and allow players that are faction flagged to enter other cities .. because It gets boring playing in a area forever because of not being able to use the market in other areas
@@aBrownAmerican A lot of good points but no thanks to battle mounts. They are stupid as is, no need to add more. I would like them to just strait up remove battle mounts as a whole.
My only disagreement would be the yellow tunnels to each city. That would allow ppl to transport items to each city and carleon safely. Which would cause more problems.
Thank you for reading my comment. I'm very happy with the latest changes made to group content in the open world and looking forward to the next updates. Regarding PvE, what many players miss is the diversity of monsters. We've been killing the same kinds of monsters for a long time. A simple solution would be to implement a static dungeon of heretics and giants in zones t6 to t8. We would have more monster options and it would be less boring to play Albion's PvE.
You can update the content of the HCE : - That there are 2 different channels as LFG (Separate Channel) LFM (separate channel) - Removing the portal hce, it is usually tedious to be lying there without being able to move until the leader places the map. There will be a tab as well as arenas where whoever wants to put the map does so from that tab and not from the portal. Additionally, people who are ready do not have to be in the portal and can move anywhere without having to be in the portal.
Thank you for this series! Some ideas I had which I would love to hear your feedback about: - I think many asked already, but Naval battle simular to Arche Age back in the day would really make a fun and witty alternative to PVP. Do you think something like this can be aligned to the Albion World? - How about a special section in corrupted and Hellgate called Underworld. Think abbey but with different objectives like small castles to siege, while able to PVP - Mayor of each major city Make Gulds thrive for the reign of each city. The winner can declare a mayor,. The mayor can propose taxes, knights festivals, and so on and so on.
What about corrupted dungeons? Are any changes planned to get more players into them? An increase in rewards compared to other high-risk content? or a city of the corrupt?
Add three castles to red zones: More castles would increase the importance of controlling territory, providing more objectives for faction warfare and drawing larger groups of players into red zone fights. Add doors to faction outposts: Adding doors would create more defense-based fights, allowing for deeper tactics and strategy as factions try to either protect or breach these outposts.
this game needs more chill grind, Im a full pvp player and even I think there should be some more chill pve grind that doesnt feel like a total waste of time like solo dungeons do
@@nohands6865 How in the fuck is an Ava DG a chill grind? Dungeons take between 1hr-2hrs depending on if you have a full party of 20, how experienced they are and if they are bringing .4 weapons or not. Most people are risking 7m+ sets if not more due to needing switches and a PVP set, and that's assuming your just running 6.3 and not .4 weapons. Then you have to deal with ava divers. Most high end parties get wiped at least once every 5-10 dungeons unless your incredibly safe and dont take any fights no matter what.
@@VoxolMystic if you have a dedicated scout and you are all running 7.4-8.4 you can clear a 1 floor dungeon in under 30 minutes, max just over 1 hour if it’s the longest possible dungeon with multiple floors. You clear so fast you barely have time to loot. This isn’t your average guild deciding to do an ava dungeon, these guys do multiple a day. On any given day there are at least 5 “B2B” 8.2 avas ran by very experienced callers.
@@nohands6865 I Know, I AM one of those people who did 4+ ava raids a day. Its not "a chill" grind in the slightest, its tedious ASF and your risking insane silver. Your not clearing an ava raid in under 30 minutes unless you have people running 7.4 and 8.4 weapons, skipping every boss without at least 1g and also not finding bassie/the golem guy with gold chests.
@@VoxolMystic idk man, I’d pop an edible and bring my 8.4 weeping with 10% ability dmg and +100 ip and it was def a chill experience. Only got dove once in maybe 50+ dungeons and we all got away
Regarding the naval combats and what they said about how we would make the equipment and the progression of the destiny table matter, in that aspect I started to think and I think it could be done in a way that the ships are similar to the ho, They are attackable with hammers and basically serve as mobility as if they were battle mounts, but the characters control it by means of a rudder as if it were a normal ship, the point is that the ship could be boarded by other guilds to steal a chest that regenerates every so often, similar to the territories currently and could be removed in the same way with the banners.
These people in the video questions want to turn Albion Online into a generic PVE game. The great thing about Albion is the risk you take to grow in the game!
@@SrCloneOficial Albion Online is not a true sandbox game because, at its core, it revolves around PvP. In comparison, EVE Online provides a better experience for new players by offering safe zones where they can learn and progress without constant threat. Albion lacks these protections. I frequently encounter players with over 200 million Fame preying on low-fame players, even in non-PvP yellow zones where I am simply trying to farm, not engage in combat.
i really do love the transparency of you guys yall are honest about how it works on a technical scale alot of us forget how many machines it takes to run this game i am just a fishmonger and love that im one of the only fishing guilds Albion Fishermans Guild thats how i make my money i also run crystal arena as a fisherman so again i do appreciate that i can play any way keep up the great work
Mount Saddel as an item could be an interesting addition to the game. A few rough examples are having one the gives your equipped mount defensive stats, saddle that give 5% bounce fame, saddle gives inventory slots, and a couple that could give extra mount/gallop speed.
Unfair game. They don't ban hack radar, they don't ban RMT, but a player with a year in the game who only plays 3 to 4 hours a day if they ban him (and they don't give an explanation). Don't play Albion because you will be unfairly banned!!! And they will lose all their time and money invested!!!
It is very easy to attract new players and bring back old ones. 1. Tournaments are needed for each content 1x1 2x2 5x5 10x10. And so that the rewards for winning them would be a real dollar. 2. we release separate transferable skins for each tournament (it is important that they be transferable and stop releasing them after the end of the tournament) from the sale of skins, we generate prizes for tournaments. 3. We hold tournaments once a year. 4. There should be no limit on the power of objects.(there must also be a full loot in the tournament) All year before the tournament, people will come into this game to train skills, prepare builds and equipment. This will be an application for cyber sports. Albion online can afford it. That's what this game is missing. Online in the game will grow, interest in the game will increase. Previously, it was difficult to implement because of a single server. And now there are 3 of them in the game. Thanks to this, the game will reach a completely different level, and this idea will be supported by Albion players online.
Idea for high level PVE/PVP hybrid content. "raids" sort of like HCE with unique bosses, maps are designed symetrically, two raid groups spawn into the raids with the final boss equidistant from both. both groups compete for the boss/loot. There can be some cool and unique raid map designs that allow for flanks, kill off the enemy group before they can reach the end, and different sorts of strategies not just a race to the boss.
Has there been any thought about reducing the Black Zone by half? The game was divided into 3 servers, but the map size remained the same. You would automatically create more competition and, consequently, more content.
@@GordinhAlbiondiversity is the key, I understand your point of having more encounter (especially for outpost/castle/territory timer) but the in between ? You still need time (& peace) to pve/gather for the economy. If there's more people = fight ? Cool. But all others activities gonna drop from pvp encounter
@@jovial307 Increase the competition, it'll increase the gather value aswell. Win:win. Plus, It's completly sad to see people grinding 600m PVE per week in a 99.9% safe spot like World Boss (since 10 scouts + bedrocks) aswell. This game is suposed to be a full PVP loot while people on forum asking for a Non-pvp game, hahah
Regarding the party finder system (or even just partying up with randoms in the open world) is to make them “friendly” (I.e. they cannot be killed) when the party is dropped for maybe 10min or something. Additionally you can automatically make the party members (who dropped party for example) friendly to all party members friends and guild members for 10min, maybe with a “truce” buff thus preventing a setup.
Make Factions Warfare better rewards for those factions who finish first, second or third. Has no sense finish first at the end of the month and have no rewards for those who given all for the faction even losing money and builds. Greetings
Theres a massive problem on lag rubber band dc for a lot of players on eu server the game is unplayebale, we are getting sick ro hear in tickets that is our ISP and that we should use a VPN , fix the problem cuz is not our isp is the server. Thats the first fix You should look in too..
A summary of the whole video: 1. Read comment. 2. "We have already thought about this for a long time, and we will look at this again in the future" 3. Repeat
- I'm dreaming about the Crystal tier new Bow. - And I would love if Mistpiercer could shoot more than 4 arrows during those 4s skill duration, if increasing the casting speed through gear skills, allowing for some frame left, after the 4 shots during those 4s.
I wish there was an editorial for every lore in albion. The current is so bland and uninteresting. For example: when you release a major update like the roads of avalon and mists, there should be a video or at least a comic where we could read in detail the lore of why this happened. You could do this too everytime you release a new skin like the zealot, it looks cool but why are they here, what happened, where did they come from. There are so much lore in albion that players could enjoy reading/watching. My favorite lore is: "There is no peas (peace) in albion... only beans" - The Cook.
Can you address ZvZ issues? Guilds self raid their territories (with allies) to safeguard their energy. People can spam raid flags to lower your territory defense and there is really no counterplay to it. Also, after splitting the server there seems to be less ZvZ content. Castles go uncontested, large groups struggle to find content. Maybe you need to decrease the size of the map or decrease the number of ZvZ objectives to make them more valuable.
I had this idea, I posted in albion forum several months ago for a battle royal, kind of: I would like to propose a new solo player event that would pop up just like Bandits do. This event would occur in the mist. Once the event pops up, players will have 10-15 minutes to find a special portal in the mist to enter the event. This event could pop up randomly several times during the day. The event will last 15 to 20 minutes and will be IP capped. Sometimes the event will have a 1300 IP cap, the next event, let's say in an hour or an hour and a half, will have a 900 IP cap, and the next will have a 1400 IP cap, and so on. The event portal in the mist will take players to a map like Abbey Dungeon but could be smaller to encourage PvP encounters from the beginning of the event. When a player enters the event, the character can do nothing until the countdown finishes, so everybody starts at the same time. In this map, there will be no mounts, no exits, no chests, no resources to gather, or buffs. There may be some easy mobs, and there will be some "orbs/lights" in the map that players can collect. Everybody starts with one orb in their inventory. The collected orbs will remain in the player's inventory. When a player kills someone, they obviously take the loot (since it's a lethal event) and also take the orbs that the dead player had in their inventory. In the end, the player with more orbs in their inventory will win the event, or there could be a top 3, and they will win some type of rewards, maybe a chest or might points. And of course, they will keep the loot they got from killing.
Oh, come on Koko. How many times was this discussed? There's never a right time risk vs time vs reward balance that gets suggested. People just throw it out there but don't really ever consider what effect that would have on a game as a whole if it was to be badly implemented. It's not as simple to implement as a lot of people seem to think.
I'm playing this Game now for 2-3 years constantly. When I started playing this Game it felt like the Devs abandoned it. But now more than ever in any Videogame I've ever played I feel heard and understand the motives behind most actions of the team. I'm a big fan of quality of life upgrades and the current changes are making this game a top notch MMO RPG! Keep it up
Hello, thank you so much for taking the time. Going back to you mention of 3v3 content and lack of players. What if it was a limited event? Like 3 v 3 for mists, or 4 v 4 Hellgate event. It would require some thought of events each month. Both I think this would be a great way to avoid worrying about lack of players, as its limited, players would like to atleast try it.
-Why are there so few dungeon types? For example there could be an avalon dungeon similar to corrupted dungeon. A celestial theme instead of the hell theme would look very cool. I'm not talking about removing the hell theme, it's just boring to have only one theme. You can design more than one map with different tactics and gameplay. 2. when will you add new ones to group and solo dungeon types? as far as I know there are dungeons such as undead poison, morgana fire, giant dungeon etc, these have different themes but they are not enough. at least 5 more dungeons with different designs should be added in completely different themes. 3. We can't see the shotcaller in zerg vs zerg battles, especially in desert maps, the TROW icon is not visible because it is the same color as the map. They have to spam or P spam constantly. To change this, you should be able to change the colors of the crown icon and animate it, and even everyone should be able to adjust the size of these icons in the settings. 4. A lot of people who don't have voice communication can't say basic commands like when to attack and when to get out in events like 2v2 hg. You can solve this in the simplest way by putting icons like in League of legends. Shotcaller can also use this. For example: Hold down CTRL+mouse left click and a round icon icon icon will appear in the middle of the screen, attack, dodge, support, wait, defend, heal etc. even the commands to be added here can be customized from the settings.
For the faction warfare, in order to make it more dynamic and playable the whole time, you could add somehow more value to outposts so players would need to have them controlled more time... maybe faction points in a special way, journal or some 1 solo use spells or siegement/anti-siegement machines to give gankers or enemy factioned players a hard time. Generally, improving outposts utility could be a thing.
Wow I really didn’t expect my comment to be added within the video! Thank you a lot! The server merging thing I was talking about, could maybe be added in a way, that overtime it will slowly give the specs etc. in a slow but steady way, that wouldn’t give a benefit. I’m not looking to get an advantage with a server transfer - What i’m wanting is not leaving thousands of hours behind, for nothing. Also its really stressfull to not know if its a yes or no. I can wait 2 years, if I know I will get my characters transfered. I would wait 10 years, if I knew there was some kind of server merge being implemented so we can playvwith our friends cross region, on a good ping ❤️
I think you guys are doing a great job. I love this game, I have played many mmos before, but this one has kept me hooked moreso than any others that I've played. Keep up the good work!
i would love to see an endless Solo dungeon , like the hellgates and corrupted dungeon you have the option to proceed to the next one, the solo dungeon would be very good, also the difficulty could raise , or also the more dungeons you make without leaving could improve the rewards, that way the players would feel compensated for their time
i have several suggestions to make regarding classes and mounts: 1) Is there a chance to implement a summoner class system (eg necromancer/spiritmancer/druid) where we can summon our own units/npcs to fight for us 2) With the occasional reference to dragons in the lore, its kind of weird not to see any of them in game (swamp dragons are technically not true dragons), so is it possible to add dragons as battle mounts, or maybe designate some dragons to be world bosses that guard treasure (since in folklore dragons are usually greedy and like to hoard loot especially in the case of smaug in the hobbit series. 3) Lastly, having a battle pet that can help us out in combat (ie like a pet wolf we can tame to help us chase down mobs) is another way we could add to improve the variety of pvp/pve content (granted the balancing might be a problem), but it would be interesting to see it happen thanks for reading this if you come across it and I hope it could be addressed in future dev talks.
I really wish for more random events in the open world, especially for solo/duo players, the ones you just stumble upon while doing other things. Right now we have chests (of which only small ones with 2 min timer are "doable" for solo/duo), spiders and avalonian drones(chests?) that are so rare I don't even remember when I saw one last time. A system like mythical creatures in mists or chests guarded by mobs in static dungeons(that appears when you're in close proximity) would be so good in the open world.
We really don't need more RNG stuff. I know this may sound cool but in reality, it just makes a mess. What you would end up with is basically another version of Tracking.
@@Magus0412 After seeing that new devtalk I'm really happy that devs disagree with you. They did exactly what I was talking about and seems like most people think it'll be a really good update.
Could there be a new update for adding a new race of mobs in PVE content? So far, there are five types of races of mobs, which are heretics, keepers, Morganas, Undead, and lastly Avalonians. I strongly recommend incorporating a dragon race of mobs, such as kobolds, wyverns, and drakes, into the game, given that Albion is an ancient realm brimming with mystical creatures, monsters, and treasures to discover. Not to mention this new suggested idea could also add for new weapons, materials, etc., which will make players find new things to explore and have fun. For this, I would be happy to know your thoughts about it.
Devs i hope that you put more knightfall abbey gates in 1 mist because its taking me a long time to find one. heck there's that one time when I'm searching for abbeys for 30 minutes and not a single one appeared 🙃
Blue/Yellow Zone Outpost Resets: Have the blue and yellow zone outposts reset with non-player factions periodically, like how Bandits take over the red zone outposts. You can use dungeon bosses for the outpost boss to give variety without have to create new ones. Use undead and heretics for blue zone outposts. Keepers and Morganas for yellow zone outposts. This would refresh the faction map while giving variety to outpost capping.
As for the mount building on personal islands, how about a simple post put into the ground with the mount leashed? The mount could walk randomly inside a certain range around the post?
I would like to see more lore in the game. For example a quest line to get to know who are the enemy faction are, like the morgana cult and the heretic, and what their motivation are and . Let's say you start the quest in Lymhurst and you infiltrate a morgana cult base to get information or kill the ritual leader to get a note or a message from the faction leader and so on. Killing mobs just because they're red is kind of bland. And the rewards can be a skin or a banner or even a buff vs the faction you did the quest for, like 5% more damage vs undead or more extra fame if you kill an undead for a week or so.
Please introduce the battle royale mode, because you have everything for this. Mists and Hell's Gate, you need to combine them. The player enters the battle royale (with a limit on the power of equipment) with points of interest: with camps and mobs, where weapons and armor can drop with a high probability. The player can dress better or change class. Do not go out as in Hell's Gate and the zone narrows to a random place, step by step, each time hitting harder. One player wins and gets a high reward. Accordingly, many items will be destroyed, which is good for the economy.
Hey Albion team, loving the game! I wanted to suggest adding a dynamic weather system. It could bring more immersion and strategy, like fog reducing vision for sneak attacks or rain slowing down movement. Different regions could have unique weather (rain in forests, snow in highlands), making the world feel more alive and varied. It’d add some extra depth to PvP and PvE combat too. Would love to see something like this in future updates!
I would really like to see some kind of "contracts" for completing tasks between players in the game. so that you can give crafting tasks in the form of, say, a piece of paper in your inventory to other players and somehow receive an agreed reward for completing them. and these contracts could be set up, and you could assign almost any task to another player.
Sometimes i disagree or hate devs but the way how they speak and contact with audiotory through videos like this one can raise only respect. I wanna live in a world where all companies, countries and presidents make videos about their thoughts.
Suggestion LFG "hunting players problem": "Persistent group" during 10 minutes you are friendly with the players you joined using LFG since the group disband. Ends when entering a city (so you can LFG again).
T6 in T5 is a good idea in general because tier 6 is the most cost effective IP scaling gear for most high risk content allowing players to venture into PvP zones. It will balance itself out in the end. High praise to you Robin 👍
Love the idea of that "minecon" server rankings suggestion. If that was to come to be it would be nice to have rewards for the top groups/individuals (even if small) and also having different rankings for guilds based on size maybe. so that way guilds of like 10 people (me and my friends) arent competing directly with mega guilds with max members. Splitting guilds into brackets by player count would be nice for this.
Thank you for mentioning the stacks bar for other weapons, right now the stacks are always hard to see, a bar same as shifter weapons would help a ton.
I think a summoning staff should be added to the staff weapon series. The concept should be like summoning different creatures (E ability) unlike shape shifter staffs They will have a passive ability that will add buffs to summons. The tracking creatures can be reused for materials or you can add new ones. The summons can be different like a group summon (skeleton army) or single summon (a hydra) Possible summons: Undead Army/Demon Army Corrupt Demon Lord (Warrior or Mage) / Undead Forgotten Hero (Mage or Warrior or Ranger) Hydra/Dragon (though I think hydra with self regeneration is more suitable) Soul: Flame and Frost elemental twins Relic: Lightning Elemental trio Avalonian: One of the Avalonian bosses Can use inspiration from world bosses of Undead, Morgana, Wildlings, Heretics faction On the same note it is high time heretics should also have T8 static dungeon and world boss.
Add a limit to how much health you can heal while in combat (example: 30% max hp heal limit, meaning if you drop to 50%, you can only heal back up to 80%), then you need to get out of combat before you can heal back up to full health again, this could also be made into a stat, with certain gear giving you a bonus to how much health you can heal without doing a full reset
Sailing to go fish would be sweet as well as naval battles. Give you an opportunity to expand the map at some point and allow players to explore the seas and the world all together. I’ll be excited for that update in the future. I’d like to see some Easter eggs to find. Simple Easter eggs would be fun. There’s normally a large community of these people searching for them. A Ready Player one (the movie) Easter eggs would be awesome.
I feel like main issue with solo tracking rewards are the ratio of solo/group tracking. Group tracking is I would say both less risky and more rewarding per player. Altough mobs are harder, they don't posses a challenge for an experienced group and are much more comfortable and safer to kill compared to a solo one, but their rewards are simply better.
Awesome! my thoughts on the friendly NPCs for pve there has been a massive opportunity for the game to build some serious ingame lore...mb fueled from the players themselves... heh? let me explain by combining the journals with the raw of people who completed achievements you could theoretical give the game a narrative trajectory (almost in a RPG sort of way) Use these to develop story plots that starts the chronological clock of the game so to speak. the devs can use this to weave a story that has been made by players. *Albion starts to breath* ill go on As you see how the players are playing Albion you can use all types media to build Characters, give zones their own lore and give the endless wars between players, the NPC factions and city factions meaning. this would also be a massive source of game cinematics to continue to promote the game. All of this to give Albion a sense of story, world progression and lore ORGANICALLYYYYYYY. honestly one of my more outstanding suggestions Much love from my place of gamer undeath. Stormlord - White knight of Albion, King of the Blueberries, Exterminator of the Ganker Filth, Dragmother of Dragons and a b***h ass Pisces.
We could have dynamic rewards, where the loot would first try to drop from the black market, then specific loot (like tracking) and if the chest/mob didn't reach a minimum silver amount this would drop as runes and silver, this way we can control the reward for players to not feel that NOTHING dropped, and also if you manage to drop something good from the blackmarket there would be no need for runes and silver, which would balance the average a little.
The quest system with NPCs could be great for faction warfare. For Outlands you can make some kind of dailies, especially for the ones living deep enough in their HO. Whatever you do, put lots of missions so players interact with those making the world constantly dynamic so PvP and PvE players get the thrill of killing or being killed.
What I would like... FIX THE SHAPESHIFTER. When applying stacks with either cursed staff or nature staff when they transform the stacks are no longer visible on the character. Only on the buff bar.
I really appreciate the effort your putting in place both doing the things and explaining your ideas to the community. I wish you could reverse all the changes you have done to tenacity shoes. Especially the "bug" which let you cast from invis, this bug was a very important feature allowing cool interactions with items and you basically killed an entire old meta in smallscale fights (since it was there from the beginning of the game, and not abused, it was already balanced and perfectly fine, just a cool option to play the game, viable). I personally think that a cool pvp enviroment is when you have various valid and viable strategies to play and killing one of those resluts in more boring fights (almost forced brawl). thank you for reading.
Can you add an option to tag a player when talking in chats with the possibility to highlight that text from the changing colors depending of who tagged them so in case they get multi-tagged/mentioned they can clearly see there are different persons in just a glance.
Heart transporting bot is a big problem, you can obviously find it tranposrting around all day long moving in zig zag and with t3 or t4 armor on grizzly bear; I don't see any mention of it as they are generating an insane amount of silver
i love this series every dev team should do something like this
yes the talk like this is good but its all talk we don't know when it happen or it will be ever happen devs don't give date to implement something player just wait and wait and wait and wait until it happen
Majority of them do and do it even better.

There Is no difference between t6 and t8 cd, they are both at fixed exp/item level as long as u play slayer
@@fedlon almost no one plays t8 and t6 has uninteresting fights and opponents
@@LizardMSK as i said, cd has no difference between t6 and t8 therefore your point Is useless
About the question for timestamp 8:43, the first question meaning "will there be farming fame that will be displayed in our stats?" since there is an achievement to harvest 1m worth of fame from farming and we do not have chance to track it
Maybe wants yellow farming for farming?

=O
Is it possible to add new content like it was with the Avalonian invasion in Carleon? Where you will be attacked by waves of monsters or even other groups of players periodically. You can add a system of accumulating buffs there so that the more waves of mobs you kill, the more buffs you get.
And in general it would be cool to see more substantial events like the donkey race with traps or the Avalonian invasion. Now the events have become the same and boring
Good idea
Good
Greetings DEVS!I have some questions and humble recommendations and I already apologize for the lengthy.
I am finishing so as not to be so annoying 2 very personal and capricious orders:
DRAGONES PLEASE!
I would like:
1 - A skin for Direwolf as the mist's wolfs T6.
This video clarified a lot of doubts for me.
I would like to one day see summoning staffs or necromancers in the magic branch, it would be 10/10❤

What fascinated me most when I started playing Albion Online was not having to talk to several NPCs to do Quests to evolve or being forced to do them to evolve. Albion for me was the introduction of a “real” life along with the fantasy/medieval one. BEING FREE should be the main rule of Albion.
Yes but this generates a niche game that keeps away new players that don't enjoy feeling aimless.
I agree with you, we saw New World destroy itself in record time when implementing missions. I don't want that for Albion.
Albion gains new players every day by not having these boring missions. What actually puts players off is the lack of PVE content, which has many repeated monsters.

I have a question regarding the pre-organized faction content you mentioned.

Hello SBI team,
I have a couple of suggestions that I think could truly enhance the experience for players, especially for gatherers.

@@SJLWorld2v2 loot is pretty good if you win a lot actually
And if you lower the base IP cap its gonna be just like corrupted dungeons with people going T4 flat with full specs so the loot will be far worse
And adding a stalker/slayer difficulty would be useless since the playerbase in hellgates isnt big at all
@@le_grand_manitou857 5v5 ip could be lowered to t6 equivalent and it wouldn’t trash profit, plus it would be more accessible for low eco players, and having stalker/slayer wouldn’t be too much of a problem since high infamy players don’t get matched to low inf unless there’s no one else playing.
HARD CORE PVE is only risky if hadn't figure it out...unlike PVP that the variable of RISK is always changing
but I hope that the DEVS find a solution to this issue.. imagine a PVE that the Factor of risk always changing every time you enter a dungeon that sounds "HARD"
This do this.
My only disagreement would be the yellow tunnels to each city. That would allow ppl to transport items to each city and carleon safely. Which would cause more problems.
Calm down buddy, you're in the presence of greatness. He fully intends to cook factions into peak content even for hardcores.
In faction warfare what if we keep the outpost but add in certain zones strongholds like castle or something and make elite champion for each faction
You can update the content of the HCE :
- That there are 2 different channels as LFG (Separate Channel)
LFM (separate channel)
- Removing the portal hce, it is usually tedious to be lying there without being able to move until the leader places the map.
There will be a tab as well as arenas where whoever wants to put the map does so from that tab and not from the portal.
Additionally, people who are ready do not have to be in the portal and can move anywhere without having to be in the portal.
Glad to see devs read the comments,
(*´~`*)
Thank you for this series!
Some ideas I had which I would love to hear your feedback about:
- I think many asked already, but Naval battle simular to Arche Age back in the day would really make a fun and witty alternative to PVP.
Do you think something like this can be aligned to the Albion World?
- How about a special section in corrupted and Hellgate called Underworld. Think abbey but with different objectives like small castles to siege, while able to PVP
- Mayor of each major city Make Gulds thrive for the reign of each city. The winner can declare a mayor,. The mayor can propose taxes, knights festivals, and so on and so on.
What about corrupted dungeons? Are any changes planned to get more players into them? An increase in rewards compared to other high-risk content? or a city of the corrupt?
I love this care for the community from the devs, thank you, Tom & dev team.
Unban me from FSO (Ivone)
That'd make the game for group and party players, limiting solo player's activity. BZ already exists, why want rz?
Yes
Theses are the best kind of dev vidoes. keep up the good work.
appreciate giving your time for our questions
this game needs more chill grind, Im a full pvp player and even I think there should be some more chill pve grind that doesnt feel like a total waste of time like solo dungeons do
High end HCEs or Avas
@@Ghostleeee Of course there are non-pvp zones in the game, you are horrible and don't know how to play. You should be playing mobile games.

Amazing video! Thank you for your transparency and willingness to directly communicate with the community. Cheers :)
Add castle to yz, remove outpost
This to me show the dev team cares about their game and this is why I will continue to play it ❤ thank you devs!
Has there been any thought about reducing the Black Zone by half? The game was divided into 3 servers, but the map size remained the same. You would automatically create more competition and, consequently, more content.
I like to explore the vast BZ and claim chests alone 🥹🥹
Please, no. There will be only zvz, midscale fights in this game.
@@jovial307 Gathering alone is so much fun, right?
Greetings

My favorite lore is: "There is no peas (peace) in albion... only beans" - The Cook.
yeah they should do it like mogdone with reading thru a scroll or a book.
Battle royale?
😮 I’m in
I had this idea, I posted in albion forum several months ago for a battle royal, kind of:
I would like to propose a new solo player event that would pop up just like Bandits do.
Generally, improving outposts utility could be a thing.
thank you for taking the time to do this. this is probably the best kind of videos that you and sbi can make. please keep going
yay Thank you for reading our comments 🎉
I dont remember the last time i played Albion, but this Q and A is such a good thing to make, cheers guys!
i like how you read comments and care about our opinions
Keep up the good work!
i would love to see an endless Solo dungeon , like the hellgates and corrupted dungeon you have the option to proceed to the next one, the solo dungeon would be very good, also the difficulty could raise , or also the more dungeons you make without leaving could improve the rewards, that way the players would feel compensated for their time
i have several suggestions to make regarding classes and mounts:
1) Is there a chance to implement a summoner class system (eg necromancer/spiritmancer/druid) where we can summon our own units/npcs to fight for us
2) With the occasional reference to dragons in the lore, its kind of weird not to see any of them in game (swamp dragons are technically not true dragons), so is it possible to add dragons as battle mounts, or maybe designate some dragons to be world bosses that guard treasure (since in folklore dragons are usually greedy and like to hoard loot especially in the case of smaug in the hobbit series.
3) Lastly, having a battle pet that can help us out in combat (ie like a pet wolf we can tame to help us chase down mobs) is another way we could add to improve the variety of pvp/pve content (granted the balancing might be a problem), but it would be interesting to see it happen
thanks for reading this if you come across it and I hope it could be addressed in future dev talks.
Please 🙏
Cool concept
Love this kinda of dev talks, excited for new update.
Sometimes i disagree or hate devs but the way how they speak and contact with audiotory through videos like this one can raise only respect. I wanna live in a world where all companies, countries and presidents make videos about their thoughts.
never seen a game do this, this is perfect. my respect. it looks really organic quiestions too.
Suggestion LFG "hunting players problem":
"Persistent group" during 10 minutes you are friendly with the players you joined using LFG since the group disband.
If that was to come to be it would be nice to have rewards for the top groups/individuals (even if small)
and also having different rankings for guilds based on size maybe. so that way guilds of like 10 people (me and my friends) arent competing directly with mega guilds with max members.
Splitting guilds into brackets by player count would be nice for this.
Thank you for mentioning the stacks bar for other weapons, right now the stacks are always hard to see, a bar same as shifter weapons would help a ton.
I think a summoning staff should be added to the staff weapon series.
The concept should be like summoning different creatures (E ability) unlike shape shifter staffs
They will have a passive ability that will add buffs to summons.
The tracking creatures can be reused for materials or you can add new ones.
The summons can be different like a group summon (skeleton army) or single summon (a hydra)
Possible summons:
Undead Army/Demon Army
Corrupt Demon Lord (Warrior or Mage) / Undead Forgotten Hero (Mage or Warrior or Ranger)
Hydra/Dragon (though I think hydra with self regeneration is more suitable)
Soul: Flame and Frost elemental twins
Relic: Lightning Elemental trio
Avalonian: One of the Avalonian bosses
Can use inspiration from world bosses of Undead, Morgana, Wildlings, Heretics faction
On the same note it is high time heretics should also have T8 static dungeon and world boss.
Thank you for hearing us! We need a rework in the arenas, i play albion since 2016 and Arena still the same!
Awesome! my thoughts on the friendly NPCs for pve
there has been a massive opportunity for the game to build some serious ingame lore...mb fueled from the players themselves... heh?
let me explain
by combining the journals with the raw of people who completed achievements you could theoretical give the game a narrative trajectory (almost in a RPG sort of way) Use these to develop story plots that starts the chronological clock of the game so to speak. the devs can use this to weave a story that has been made by players. *Albion starts to breath*
ill go on
As you see how the players are playing Albion you can use all types media to build Characters, give zones their own lore and give the endless wars between players, the NPC factions and city factions meaning. this would also be a massive source of game cinematics to continue to promote the game.
All of this to give Albion a sense of story, world progression and lore ORGANICALLYYYYYYY.
honestly one of my more outstanding suggestions
Much love from my place of gamer undeath.
For the Mount Rest Area, you can just put a cooldown for 30% movespeed.. It incentivize more daily activity
