Exhilarating. I am truly grateful for your videos. I used to be an avid reader and introduced my children to these wonderful classics at an early age. For one of my sons, Jack London was the bait that hooked him on reading too.
@@karlinguk I agree that a human voice reading the story would be much better, but compared with many recordings I've heard on the Internet this one is quite passable. Another question is where all this AI technology will leave humanity one day... Already humans are more or less redundant in so many areas of the labour market. It's quite disconcerting.
I've experienced weather as low as -10° and it's absoloutely miserable. I can't even imagine being outdoors in -60°, let alone go for a dip. I swam in a creek in the Smokies once and the water was so cold, I couldn't feel my arms paddling.
A masterpiece thx for sharing
Wow, a Yukon tale by Jack London. I grew up on his stories. What a depiction!!

I wonder if Ai (machine vs human) narration such as this will have the same positive effect as in the past when one would hold and read a book... Hmmm

I love these old stories. They always have a message and this one speaks loud and clear. The telling of it was wonderful. Thank you
❤It's my favourite one
