23:40 "Talking is much easier than listening." This was important for me to hear and understand because I'm often around people who talk a lot, and I sometimes envy how they can just keep going on and on while, for me, I have to take my time and when I do say something it is usually not so much, unless it's something I'm passionate about. Also, being a teacher, I tend to compare myself at times to my loquacious coworkers and wonder if I would be a better teacher if words could just pour out of my mouth that easily. Now, I feel better about the fact that my listening skills are my strength and can be something I can take pride in and even develop further, while teaching and encouraging others, who are ready to listen, to do the same.
Heavenly Father, We come before You with a heart full of Gratitude 🙏 Thank You for the countless blessings you bestow upon us each day. Your Love and Grace are beyond measure, and we are humbled by Your constant presence in our lives. Lord Jesus, We Thank You for walking with us through every moment, guiding us with Your wisdom and comforting us with Your Peace. Help us to see Your goodness in all circumstances, even in the challenges and trials. Teach us to trust in Your plan and to find joy in Your presence. May our heart overflow with thankfulness, and may we always remember to give You praise for all that You have done. Holy Spirit, fill us with a spirit of Gratitude. Open our eyes to the beauty of creation, the kindness of others, and the blessings that surround us. Let our life be a testament to Your Love and Faithfulness. In Jesus' name, We pray. Amen 🙏

Your health is your wealth ✨️ Wealth is your energy 💯 All that I speak of if you don't know the process keeps you in a falling state. Leaving you thinking you're living life and how? You are Consciously dead! Living of the subconscious of what you been told to do. And most let fear consume them, a very low vibration state. That's an animal state of being controlled. Falling for ourselves to not stay in our natural form. Program to reconstruct our bodies and not appreciate the nature we are. We are nature's intelligent force we are all connected internally.
