Imo I don’t think Shiny should count as a villain song, considering he isn’t really the villain of Moana imo. Plus I’m not really a fan Lin Manuel’s style. Honestly I’m really disappointed and shocked Hellfire from the Hunchback of Notre Dame wasn’t 1, let alone on the list. Also Be Prepared should’ve been in the top 3, and a side note, the part you had in the video, that wasn’t Jeremy Irons singing. His voice cracked at the part “You won’t get a sniff without me” and Jim Cummings finished the song for him. Also, if we counted non Disney, I’d definitely put In the Dark of the Night from Anastasia. Some honorable mentions would be That’s My Lullaby from Lion King 2 and especially Savages from Pocahontas.
