Dear Seda, you make me so happy! Thank you so much! I wish you the best😊🌺🌺🌺
Thank you Dear Aphroditi - 2 questions
1) I don't have a big chef mixer can i make it on bowl with hand mixer
2) Can i substitute with dry active yeast and how many grms
Hugzz
Hello, dear Seda!
You can work with a hand mixer until the olive oil is incorporated (watch video). Once you mix in the olive oil and the mixture starts to thicken, I suggest you continue kneading by hand.
Regarding the yeast, you can substitute fresh yeast with 15 grams of dry... but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it for such a rich dough.
