Tsoureki is perfect for breakfast. It's eastern Europe's croissant (and I like its texture a bit more than croissant's). However, I like croissant with filling better than tsoureki with filling. When I see tsoureki with filling I get mad, it is much better pure.

Thank you so much for your recipe Aki. I made the tsoureki (my first time ever and they smell and look great) however it wasn't sweet enough as it was difficult to measure the honey in grams. If it was in ml that would have helped. How much honey 106ml or 150ml? Also the sugar which is added to the aromatic spices is it tablespoon or a large scoop soup spoon (how much in grams?) In your video it looks more than a tablespoon. I was a little confused with the butter as well. The recipe doesn't outline under ingredients that 100g are pieces. Luckily I watched your videos and I realised when to add the melted and when to add the pieces. Sorry for the amount of questions but I would like to make it again to get it right. Thank you so much!
