My natural response is to approach anything including healing with intensity & pressure. Even my chronic pain in my head, neck and shoulders mimics the pressure I put on myself. This is something I really need to be mindful of.
Thanks Tanner for this video to remind me that I can heal, the healing is possible. Thanks for bringing hope and show the things that I am doing wrong in my healing journey. God bless you a lot!
Thank you! ❤ This was just what I needed today. Had a couple healing days in a row and then a rockier start today. Going to make a list of my healing wins, give grace, and trust the process . One day at a time🌻
The very characteristics that got us ill in the first place - anxiety, self-crticism, perfectionism, are the things that prevent us getting better. O the irony!
Mr. Tanner, the problem with the process of opening up to the outside world quickly is that it generates ideas for us. Our outside world is an experience of our past and our subconscious mind. Some people, places and stimuli are what reproduce the negative idea through which we act and experience and create the same sad emotions that join the stored and repressed emotions, which negatively affects stress hormones and the nervous system. Sarno and Dr. Spinza have pointed out that changing thoughts to positive and visualizing and feeling healing states through gratitude is the easiest way to overcome chronic pain.
Docs find super mild inflammation in my intestine random times in my life. It seems like what could be Crohn’s but it feels it’s connected to repressed anger. Have you seen that before in this work where it can go beyond psycho somatic and cause actual damage that shows up in tests?

Yes, opening up to the outside world needs to be done slowly, gently, and compassionately in order to process any triggers.💚💚
Can you please work in the USA????

Please reach out to the U.S. Pain Foundation! It would be so cool if you could do a guest speaker type thing!
Thanks for the suggestion!
