Bodycam video shows officer-involved shooting on North Capitol Street

The Metropolitan Police Department released body camera footage of last week's deadly officer-involved shooting on North Capitol Street. It all started as a call for an individual having a mental health crisis. FOX 5's Nana-Sentuo Bonsu has the story.

There has to be a higher bar for someone to be killed at close range. Was this man harming others or was it just the people chasing him? Did he have a lethal weapon? Did he show or say that he was going to kill others? I think the shooter lost patience and forced the man into a corner, in a mental health crisis situation. What other outcome was going to happen?
