    • @mikimiyazaki
      @mikimiyazaki Рік тому +10

      Of course its "his fault" but as to whether she should take any blame. Thats a little more complicated. At best her choices lacked a pragmatic approach and common sense due to dispatch asking "will he cooperate with officers" she said "uhhhh im scared how this is going to turn out". She knew he was likely armed, and she knew hed likely shoot it out with the cops when they got there. If its true (and shes the one who said it) that all she had to do to de escalate and potentially resolve the situation was to take the dog. Then she could call ASPCA or whatever later. Point being, she didn't do anything that wasnt within her rights, but not being able to think pragmatically or with common sense, being that simply accepting the dog wouldve diffused the entire situation and she chose to instead say no and call the cops. As its been established she consciously knew the likely outcome of bloodshed and mayhem. Its hard for me to agree that given she had the power to prevent what she knew was likely going to happen. She knows that, and she will now have to live with the guilt shes definitely going to feel and i in the spirit of honesty wouldnt attempt to convince her otherwise.

      yes ! My thoughts also. All because this self centered selfish woman could not be bothered to help a sick dog and his master. Consider for a moment, if it was a homeless female turning up at the door of an ex. boyfriend with her sick puppy ! And the guy slammed the door on her face, called the cops and then followed up by informing them that she is carrying a gun. The MSM would have had a field day with that one. There would have been midnight candle lit memorials for the dead woman and all the cops involved would have been suspended.
