Are you sure it's the cheapest city or for rent in Nigeria? Have u been to Kebbi, Jigawa, Gombe or Yola? You would even find coins used in certain areas of the Northern region. Well done bro

It's actually very cheap, compared to bigger cities, like Lagos, Abuja, port Harcourt and the places you mentioned do not have steady light, I am talking about cities that are up to standard.
