2:02 Personally I suppose that it's more likely for the red button to be the reset button of the horn circuit time limit. Based on what's shown in the video, the time limit switch consists of a heating element and a latching thermostat. When the alarm relay closes, the heating element gets powered up and then trips the thermostat after a certain period of time, which cuts off the horn circuit.
