That might be a 12-volt model and you are over voting it on 120 and that's probably why the lights are dimming
@@Fluffberymoff it’s being ran on 12VAC via the edwards 1300 and which outputs 12VAC through the signal circuit. Also this horn just pulls a lot of current in general
