Dabi doesn’t have Endeavor’s level of physical strength or technique. Endeavor is Physical strength + HellFlame + Technique. Dabi has no super strength or barely any technique. He’s only above Endeavor in terms of his Flames, that’s it. And Dabi is relative to current Shoto. So no, he shouldn’t be higher than he is.

Nine stronger than non prime AFO, he took on 2 100% OFA users and only lost as he was breaking down and was getting weaker whereas AFO could barely take on 1 100% OFA user.
I have Nine higher. Since Nine had better feats than the shown feats of Gigantomachia. Even though Nine was breaking down and getting weaker, Deku and Bakugo were still doing extremely well individually against him, right from the start. Whereas All Might had to use up all of his embers in one single huge attack to put AFO down. I personally feel that was more impressive. But not by a lot, which is why I have AFO and Nine not much far apart.

Let's compare their feats. Nine: Took on 2 OFA users at 100% did well against then, was immobilizing deku at 20% and bakugo with ease, as lightning speed attack's, has barrier that can take island level explsions. AFO: did well against allmight who was at 100% while all might had only the weak parts of OFA. I mean dude just compare them are you can see that nine is clearly superior

I placed AFO above Nine because : 1) AFO had a copy of the original AFO, whereas Nine had a copy of that copy. Nine only had 9 quirks, whereas AFO had many more quirks at his disposal. 2) Yes, it took 2 OFA users at 100% to defeat Nine, but both of them even individually were doing extremely well against him.That implies the gap between them and Nine wasn’t that gap, even considering the fact that Nine was getting weaker. Also, its not like all the 3 OFA users are equal in strength. It took a USO Smash to defeat AFO. Which in my opinion is more impressive and stronger than any of the attacks we saw from Deku or Bakugo in the fight. 3) Nine’s tornado was “stated” to be capable of destroying the small ruins/island they were fighting on (it wasn’t Nabu). Whereas, the attack that we saw defeat AFO, completely destroyed the Kamino city. But regardless, it’s fine to say that Nine and AFO were extremely close in power.

Nope but he is very close tho. The reason why he is not stronger than Prime AFO yet is because he is stll not at 100% Completion Status. But only 97%-98% Completion Status. Once he reaches 100% Completion Status, he will surpass Prime AFO and Prime All Might for sure.

Dabi is too low, his prominence burn is normally way stronger than the one of endeavor so he will be able to kill anyone except giganto and tomura

We know how powerful Prime All Might is compared to non-prime AM. And Prime AFO scales to prime AM.
